College management was good. No other student are allowed to enter into college campus. we were provided an identity card with barcode.Classes start at 6.00 Am at sharp.
Entrance Preview
There is no entrance exam to get into this college. Simple one need to score cutoff percentage required to get admission in this college. I score 84% from West Bengal Board in Class 12th and simply get admission.
Course Curriculum Overview
B.Com is 3 year course.For the first 2 years, there is prescribed syllabus and in the last year, student need to select specified area i.e. Accounting and Finance OR Marketing.
Internships Opportunities
Generally student are required to select any external firm or company to pursue their 21 days internship. Stipend offered by external firm was around Rs. 15000 per month.
Placement Experience
Generally, Tata Capital, Google Inc, Magma Fincorp, Maruti Suzuki etc. came and they offered around 3 lacs per annum for B. Com graduate and 4 lacs per annum for Post graduate.
College Events
The most famous event was "XAVOTSAV". It is the annual function of college. A lot of bollywood singers had performed here each year. Second most famous function was "Beyond Barriers". It is organised by Aluminis of college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee was around 800 per month and it was feasible depending upon quality of teaching and infrastructure. College building and infrastructure was fantastic. There was big playground and project room. we can spend our quality time in reading room to read many books and novels.The reading room was quite silent. It was reading cum library room.All books of different writers were available in reading room.

College offered scholarship to the students on the basis of their merit and their financial condition.
Campus Life
Extracurricular activities were fabuluous. Actually a part from studying, we were required to earn 180 credits in 3 years. Each credit contain 6 hours. It means during the 3 years of college, a student is required to spend 1080 hours in extra curricular activities. They were different socities within college which were conducting extra curricular ativities.
Hostel Facilities
I was actually a day scholar. So, I cannot say about hostel facilities. But yes, College has two hostels in two different parts of kolkata.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni and senior students were very helpful and participative.There is a alumni room in college and there is one one administer in the room who manages all alumni list and organise a lot of function. Saurav Ganguly, Shri Shashi Tharror, Jyoti Basu, Rabindra Nath Tagore, Lakshmi Niwas Mittal are the alumni of my college and I really feel proud to be the part of this college.
Exam Structure
In college, there was Semester pattern and in each semester, we have one final exam consisting of 6 to 7 papers of 50 marks and in between semester, we have Internal assessment which consist of 6 to 7 papers of 50 marks each. marks of internal exam is added to final exam.
Faculty
The faculty of college was well educated and polite. They are the master of their own specified subject. Their quality of teachning was beyond the barrier.
