Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum is set by ICAR, the course curriculum is well managed. We have few of chapters like Agronomy, brreeding ,Genetics, Agricultural Chemistry, Plant Pathology,Entomology, Agricultural Economics,Agricultural Engineering,Crop Physiology, Etc. We have lab classes which are very fruitful.

Placement Experience

3.5

Placement in our institute is a concern, college should focus on this area to resolve this problem and get more placement to department and college. There are more opportunities working in research organisation and doing higher education.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee of this college is feasible to students, as it's a government college the fee is regulated and is less. The tution fee is around 11500, with 10500 extra fee and examination fee of 3000. Hostel fee of the college and other charges are extra.

Campus Life

4.5

We have less extra curricular activities, we have more study oriented program with less access to cultural and other activities. Sports facilities are available in our college. We have various seminars, research activities, projects, and other education related activities. Labs of the college is well equipped with all modern equipments.

Alumni/Alumna

We do not have any kind of alumni organisation. We have less access to interact with our alumni. College must focus on this so that we get guidance of them and have a broad view of the opportunities available. We get our seniors help at various occasions. Our seniors provide us notes and needed guidance during lab sessions.

Admission

I got admission in this college based on my score in the entrance examination. I wrote UPCATE exam for admission in B.sc Honours Agriculture. I wrote the examination and cleared the cut off set by the college. After that I was called for document verification, and given admission to this course.

Faculty

4

Faculty of our institute is well qualified to teach the course. They are government faculties and qualified higher education and examination to teach the course. Our faculty teach us the course very well. They are good at lab sessions as well.

Placement Experience:

The placements for the B.Sc Agriculture course at Invertis University are growing but may not be very high compared to technical courses. Some companies visit the campus for agriculture-related roles such as agri-input companies, seed companies, fertilizer companies, and marketing positions. Students with good communication and technical knowledge usually get good opportunities. However, not every student may get a direct campus placement.

Placement Experience:

Students get placed in starting of 4th year that is 7th semester. The companies that often visit are pradhan co.pvt.ltd, seed companies and drone companies also companies like Nestle and britannia visit for placements. Highest ctc in 2025 was 19LPA and the avg was 7.5 LPA these data are also available on nirf site. Nearly 30% students get placed because remaining prefer higher studies over placement, those who are financially weak consider placement. My plans are different, I'm preparing for CAT and want to persue mba in agribusiness management from iim ahmedabad or iim lucknow.
