Course Curriculum Overview
Even though the course curriculum is a bit old and need an update the staffs here make up for it, we have well-demonstrated practical sessions. We have internal and external semester exams, like in any other college the internals are considered during the final score.
Placement Experience
Placement training is properly given to all the students of the University, it is up to one's own skill to get placed in the dream company they want. The maximum salary is 10 LPA and the minimum is 3.5 LPA. Companies like India mart, Wipro and TCS visit here for the placement drive.
College Events
We celebrate three major events at BIET and those are as follows. 1. Freshers day- for the first year students to get to know about their seniors and the university, like an induction basically 2. All the departments have their own fests throughout the academic year. 3. Get together- for the seniors who are about to leave the college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The tuition fee is 67,000 for an year (total four year), this is to be paid online. The exam fee is only 50 rupees and the library memberships fee if the students is willing to borrow books from the library is 100 rupees, which are both to be paid online.
Fees and Financial Aid
No, The university has no such options. But the state government provides scholarships to students who do well in their academics and to certain other students who come under a person with a disability or economically poor backgrounds.
Campus Life
Sports fest known as PACE is conducted by the University every year. We have a big indoor stadium for various sports events. Labs are well-equipped there are about four computer labs and about 600 systems.
Hostel Facilities
There are four boys and two girls hostels on the university campus, the hostel is very spacious with ground for sports and chilling in free time. The food is tasty and feels home-like. Hostel is optional to the students.
Admission
I secured a decent score in my UPSEE exams which is a state level combined entrance exam. The applicant needs to apply online in the official website of the university. The minimum score for boards is 45%.
Faculty
Our faculty are well-experienced from major educational institutes like the IIT. Classes are very interactive with them , they inspire us to reach great heights. Staffs from the CSE department are very approachable at any point of time.
