Hostel facility and transport

If we face any difficulties we report to the management and get the remedy for it.

The curriculum is based on the recent technologies in the industry both software and core companies. We have an internship training in the industry which is very useful to us. The industrial visit is organised every year for students to various places.

There are 20 companies that visited the for the placement drives and they conduct the test to check our aptitude and communication skills. Finally, a personal interview was conducted. Every year 60% of students got placed in MNC's. Yes, the institution has special placement trainees to prepare the students for placement.

In each and every year, we celebrated the engineer's day, conduct the mega science expo, Pongal function, culturals day, sports day, etc. They also conduct the symposium, workshops, diwali function, annual day, committee meeting, women's day, board of studies meeting.

The fees for our course is 51000 and we have extra fees of 15000 for placement and other purposes. We paid the fee in three terms by dividing the annual fees in into three. We paid a separate fee for our transport from hostel to our home in a month. The college provides transparency in the fee-breakdown.

I didn't get any scholarship from the college. But the college offers many scholarships to students based on cut-off in higher secondary, scholarship to students who does not have parents, fees reduction through arivuthiran exam, reference by students or staff.

We are only girls studying in this college and there are many extracurricular activities was conducted like workshops about various new technologies, symposium, sports in the zonal and interzonal level. In our campus ragging is prohibited and we have secretary and treasurer in each department and they are selected through an election.

The hostel facility was very good and food is also good. the food is unlimited and we have a fees structure according to the facility of the hostel. In the hostel, they provide the wi-fi connection for the internet facility and the library time is 8:00 am to 8:00 pm especially for hostel students.

There are various alumni who came as a chief guest to our college functions and they interact with about the future scope in our course and work experience in industries.

I got the admission in this college through the newspaper advertisement. I chose this college because the education is very good and safety is excellent. My aim is to become an engineer so I prefer EEE. The admission procedure is through counselling.

There are 17 lecturers in our course and their age is around 35. They completed the master degree and most of them are doctorates in their specified stream. Most of the lectures given by them are crystal clear in the concepts. I didn't know about the industry experience of the faculties.
