Business and management College in Siliguri

The course curriculum is well balance as per the need of a business administration course. Exams are held in a semester wise manner that is at the end of each semester exams are held. Both theory and practical exams are held at the end of a semester. During thesemester we are evaluated through unit test and mid-sem test. during one year duration of a course 2 semester examinations are held.

Placement in our college is good many companies visit the campus on annual basis for placement. Internships are not offered by our college however the placement cell of the college helps you in getting internship at good place. Further students can get placements and internship opportunities based on their own effort from outside as well. Many of our seniors have got placed in good firms on their own effort.

Fee for 3 years program stands at around 3 to 4 lakh. During the first year you have to submit around1.25 lakh as a first year admission fee including other expenses. For the remaining two years the fees is around 79K to 80K per year. One can also avail concession in face of scholarship offered by the college. Scholarship offered by college are for meritorious students only.

Scholarships are offered by the college as well as the state and the central government. The West Bengal government offers scholarship to the students who are from economically weaker section. The central government scholarship however are available for all the student based on fulfillment of certain criteria. I applied for educational loan which are offered by both private and public banks. One need to submit the admission letter in the bank for the grant of education loan.

the college infrastructure is very good the classroom are equipped with all the facilities that are needed to make learning easier. Labs are also good and in terms of sports infrastructure we have a ground that is open for outdoor activities. events like fresher party annual fest sports meets are organised on annual basis.

I applied for the Bachelor of Business Administration program in the college. I opted for the college as it is one of the popular college in Siliguri. They conducted a written test followed by interview. After qualifying the written test and interview I was granted the admission in the BBA program. Those who have given national or state level entrance exam for the admission would not be required to give separate exam for the college.

The faculty of the college is nice they are helpful and cooperative. most of the teachers have done PhD in their respective discipline and are hence expert in their domain. They try to explain us about the subject in a manner so that we get the basics of it rather then going for rote learning. Apart from the regular class timing they are always happy to guide us.
