Entrance Preview
Study is some where represents life's perfection,promoting,choosing path of life and as carrier making. All these and more i expected and got from DGM AYURVEDIC COLLEGE GADAG (KARNATAKA). Further I got my M.D-Ayurveda from B.N.M AYURVEDIC COLLEGE-BIJAPUR KARNATAKA. The encouraging aspect behind getting my M.D also goes to my age old college dgm amc gadag. Further i got 7th rank in uttaranchal Ayurvedic faculty selection under my category i did 2nd topper in K.P.S.C examinations in 2013 and in SSC- i am the topper at hobli- taluka level and i got award certificate. Even i learnt singing,dancing and extra curricular activities fron my dgm gadag college. Which also helped me to get expose to the present requirements of Ayurvedic field. So gives me feel complete.
Course Curriculum Overview
It was future oriented, completely proposed and encouraging one. Learning Modern Medicine was like tough requirement even-though even though we got good support and extra involvement from the college administration and our curriculum looks complete and acceptable.
Internships Opportunities
Internship is like applying our theoretical knowledge can be converted in to practical experience and i think with our dedicated teachers have done lot efforts for us. Regarding stipend as private aided college we have not offered stipend.
Placement Experience
Every student of my batch has been placed one or other way they are getting annual package of around 3-5 lakhs rupees. At present i am woking as assistant professor in shekhaveati Ayurvedic college Pilani-Rajasthan with 4.5 lakhs package per year.
College Events
My college was my home even i can say i enjoyed with learning yoga,dance,singing and attending and conducting seminars 9 we conducted national seminar in the year of 2006 and also special,guest lectures etc. So it was like exposure to learn the future.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It was 1.25 lakhs,prof so i think it was too heavy for my parents and they managed any how. One good thing my college has done was after paying that fee the have not asked single penny so it was reliving and acceptable.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes i have been got help from canara bank which has given study loan of 4 lakhs on recommendation of my institution. Scholarship yes college has given free admission to forth coming class to the class topper other than that i wont remember.
Campus Life
As of mid age we suspect best opt from college tour- study tour,cultural activities and sports which can provide some change in students life. Without these we wont think of college life.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel was like home outside home. We get good facilities,celebrating hostel day. In that cultural and sports activities have been conduced. Rooms are on sharing basis. This is good because as a friend and some take care while sick condition and also to study we need partner.
Alumni/Alumna
Only thing about my alumni network is whenever i face problem in professional,personal life ever they are there for me and for my life. In every step i took is because my friends and my teachers.
Exam Structure
It was 3 proff. examinations to get my basic degree each prof of 1.5 years and we had examinations after completing 1.5 years. I think this pattern is good and acceptable. Total theory,practical may take 1.5 months to complete all our examinations of all profs. I think this was not an hectic one.
Faculty
Frankly speaking faculty is basic need of any curriculum because if that is perfect than we will cross our curriculum with lots of hope and lots of updated knowledge which will make us to face our future. After birth the second important part is get good faculty in education field i think i got best teachers as faculty.
