Remarks
From somewhere I heard that this college is good for computer science and stands 10th in Bangalore for pursuing a bachelor of engineering (B. E).So I visited here to see if the culture and the environment are suitable for me to study here. At the very first they treated me well and I liked the college but after someday, I came to know the reality. A strong point about this college is that you can study on your own and it will not affect your college life. For me completed all study by self-reading.
Course Curriculum Overview
I studied 58 courses throughout my engineering life as a computer science and engineering student. They were simple and easy to learn which I am able to be called a certified software engineer. The learning opportunities here are vast you can opt for any number of courses that the department makes available to the student in that particular year. but in the end, I suggest you, if you join this college you should have a free mentality to study by your own and not too much dependency on the faculty.
Placement Experience
They charged us about a sum of 7500 for training and placements. We have to attend classes for a month in aptitude. And I think that's sufficient for you to go . There are limited company visiting to college and we had 56 % placement record. No they don't encourage for the startups.
College Events
Our course contain the right amount of information I. E the basic information required by any company visiting to college which makes the syllabus more reliant and to go with. The ratio of faculty to the student is - for every 10 students there is one faculty. They hold the Counsellor value but they will not take care of the registration process in the college. You have to by your way have to visit physically to college to register yourself for the registration of the course.
Campus Life
The annual fest of college is called 'ikya' , is happening every year. But this time it did not happen due to the corona pandemic. The tech fest is also organized by a department called Ncet tech fest. They are a reasonable number of books and journals to read. They are stacked and you can issue them for the duration of 15 days. The classroom is equipped with a camera to keep an eye on students. There is a group called "swd" for social events to host and organize.
