My college experience

Course curriculum of college is every good they try to make us aware of every aspects of business field. Course curriculum also focus towards extra subjects like Environmental education, Foreign language, Communication. Attention towards all subjects are given equally.

Many companies visit our campus and recruitment is done. Placement is provided to students from all the fields. One internship is compulsory in our graduation years. It is preferred we find internship as per our choice and preference, if not then teachers play a major role in this. They find best internships for us.

Our college organise two major events every year Amiphorea and Sangathan. Amiphorea is a cultural fest where many events take place for three days. This event provides great experience. Sangathan is a sports event organised in all the branches of Amity University where many sports events are organised at every level from inter campus tournament to inter University level.

Fee structure for first year is ?60000 per semester. It will increase by ?5000 to ?10000 in coming semester. Fee structure is different for every courses in Amity University.In my course fee for first semester was ?60000 and additional ?10000 was taken as security money.

Amity University provides lot of exposure in every field. Opportunities are provided at every level. College also provides zero tolerance for ragging providing very safe environment. Gender ratio is equal. There are many societies and clubs which provide best of our interest and talent.

There are both AC and Non-AC rooms are provided by hostel facility. There are enough number of rooms for students so there is no rush for hostel rooms. Hostel infrastructure is good. Hostel premises is also very secure.

I choose this course because I did my 12th from commerce stream and I wanted to persue my career in this field only. B.com(Hons.)was best course as per my future plan and luckily Amity University offers this course to non-maths background students also.

Faculty of my college are well qualified and experienced. They know to deal with students. They help us with our queries outside class also. Classes are interactive and fun. Teachers tend to check our knowledge time to time in class. They also solve our queries patiently.
