Course Curriculum Overview
The course structure is great. With core subjects that are related to the particular ciurse we have extra subjects that is foreing language, english, environmental studies. The exams are not continuous, there are 1 to 2 days gap between exams, because of which it is not much hectic but chilled.
Placement Experience
There are placements and job opportunities but not much opportunities are there for bcom (hons) students as companies avoid hiring graduates. Few companies do recruit students. Summer internship programs are there which is one of the important things focused by amity.
College Events
Amity has two main events that is sangathan which is related to sports which is held between different departments in college and the winning team compete with students of other campus. Second event is amiphoria which is 3 days event. It is type of cultural fest. There are many clubs like the yukti club etc.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel rooms are of two with washrooms shared between 3 rooms. The hostel facilities are upto mark. Continuous cleaners are available to clean rooms and washrooms. There are alot of buildings related to hostels if they get less there are many PG near the college.
Admission
I got admission merit basis. As my percentage was upto the limit required for the course opted so without any interview i was admitted.
Faculty
The faculty in our college is highly qualified and knowledgeable. They take full efforts to make students understand about the course they are teaching. They do not take lectures but even interact and explains as many times as a student ask.
