Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum is good but excellent in terms of latest trend.College should update their curriculum based the current industry requirement.Most of the curriculum is outdated which dont have any present relevance in market.

Placement Experience

Placement and job opportunities are good.Everyone got placed in good companies in final and in summer.Also roles were offered in diversed background.It was a good overall experience.Overall average stipend is around 1.7 lacs.

Hostel Facilities

Infrastructure of hostel is not very good.I would rate 6/10.Other facilities like sport i would rate -6/10,academic infrastructure-7/10.There is only 3 sharing option available in hostel which i think should be reduced to 2.

Initial stage is Snap test after on basis of score student get shortlisted for GD and PI.

Faculty are good but they should focus more on case study based learning rather than theory learning.This will help the student to solve real life problem and have better insight in the business.also there should be more number Phd faculty.

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Remarks:

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. Sneak Peak into the life of SCMHRDIANS!

Any person is eligible who is completed his/her graduation from some well known university and having grad percenetage above 50(for general) and above 45 (for st/sc). The application form is available at the time of applying for the Snap exam else seperately from the college or university portal it could be filled. In Symbiosis International University, they have the reseravtion provision for Kashmiri Migrants, ST, SC, OBC, PWD. They are benefitted in the order of seat reservation. For Kashmiri Migrants 2 seats, SC 15%, ST 7.5% and PWD 3% of the total seats are reserved.
