B. Pharm has a theory as well as practical papers, as per the guidelines of KGUHS. As per the curriculum a student can choose between two electives in the final semester. There are three internal assessments in a semester and the best two of those three will be taken for evaluation.

The placement cell in NPC is a very well constructed department with highly profession HRs who train us in areas like soft skills, personality development and aptitude which is the screening process for most of the companies.

The fee is very affordable as far as I know when compared to other Pharmacy colleges in Karnataka. It is around Rs. 40,000 annually, students who cannot afford can opt for education loans from any centralized banks.

Our college supports sports and cultural equally with the academic part of it. They organize sports day with sports such as tennis, football and cricket, a cultural day with dance programs and music. We have a gym facility within the college for the students to work out in free time.

Our college alumni stay connected always within themselves and with us too, they have their own representative chairman who organizes the meeting and other events. They cooperatively help develop the institute by giving moral and monetary support to the institute and their juniors.

I applied to this college after I got my board's results, the minimum percentage required is 50%, luckily I got 65%, the candidate should be from a science stream. I downloaded the application online and sent the filled one with the application fee of Rs 200 to the college, I was then shortly notified about the counselling dates.

All the faculties are well-qualified in their subjects and keep the class engaged throughout the hour, we rarely get distracted, they are very motivating and we gain a lot of knowledge from them, especially during the lab practical sessions, we also have guest staffs who are as good as the core faculties.
