Remarks

RLIMS is a good option for students because the college provides a good environment for respective studies where students can plant the seed of success and nurture their skills and become a success in life. The college infrastructure of the institute is also good.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum was quite good and offers 2 years of management studies in Marketing, Finance, Banking, Systems, Human Resources, Insurance courses with 4 semesters of 6 months each including summer training, projects and workshops as per respective discipline of study. The course is quite hectic being a PG course.

Placement Experience

The placement department of the college is quite good. After completing their courses, students get a chance to be placed in well-reputed organisations. The college offers companies to conduct on-campus drives and hire talent with good packages. Most of the students got easily placed in HR and BPO firms at managerial roles.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The students have to fill online admission form which costs of 1000 rs at admission time. After that student has to pay 76000 yearly which includes tuition fee, uniform fee and administration fee for the first year.

RLIMS offers students time to time workshop or industrial visits in there study period where students can learn how work is done in such type of organisations. Institute have their own library where a student can enhance their skills and good labs and seminar hall for presentations.

Admission

RLIMS is an autonomous institution and offers 2 years full-time MBA program, approved by AICTE. The admission process is based on entrance tests like MAT, CAT, CMAT and skills like Group Discussion, Situation Analysis as a Written test, & Communicative Skills Test and Personal Interview by an admission committee. Luckily, I got admission here with my CAT score. The admission process after the evaluation was quite easy.

Faculty

As the college is affiliated with AICTE the institute is ensured to have good faculties which are always ready to help their students and easily interact with students regularly so the students find teachers to be approachable for their queries.

An insight to college life

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for Summer Internship from 2nd semester while for Final placements from 5th semester. Some of the companies which come for placement are JP Morgan & Chase, Decathalon, BNY, Mastercard, Cocoblu, Bajaj, ICICI Bank. The highest which was offered was of 24 Lakhs while the average is 14 Lakhs. 85% of students are getting placed. My plans after getting the degree is to work for an organization and learn and grow in the management field.

Placement Experience:

The placements at ISSM Business School are excellent, with students becoming eligible from the final semester and nearly 100% placement achieved, as top companies like Wipro, Accenture, TCS, and Deloitte visit the campus offering roles across various domains, with packages ranging from around ?6 LPA to ?29 LPA and an average of about ?13.6 LPA, and after completing my degree, I plan to secure a good job through campus placement and grow professionally in my chosen field.

Placement Experience:

In issm they provide 100 % a placements because the overall strength of the colleges for campus 1 180 and campus 2 is 130 so it's very easy for them to get students place and companies like Deloitte and lots like that be company are coming so that training take you is so definitely the students can get placed under percent

About ISSM BUSINESS SCHOOL

Placement Experience:

In ISSM they are offering internship opportunities for students in 2 semester itself. And most of the companies are offering PPO (Pre Placement Offer) for the interns. Probably mid of 3 semster the students will placed as full time employee before complete their MBA degree. No college will give this kind of opportunities for the students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I preferred MBA because i need to gain knowledge about business and managing skill, Where it can help me in future for my own business! But why i have Choose ISSM is because their teaching method is very interesting and i'm a student prefer to practical class rather the theory books! and even they provide Dual Degree at low fees structure. So ISSM provides that so i joined ISSM.

As this is one of the premiere colleges, the admission is little strict. There are multiple levels of selection. For applying the first eligibility is UG with 50%. Then the students should have appeared in MAT, CMAT or CAT.
