Girls only college in Dibrugarh

Syllabus of the bachelor's program in Economics and its curriculum is structured and laid as per the guidelines of Dibrugarh University. Classification of subject test on the basis of core, selective and elective. All the subject to be studied in a single layer of the program are are mixed up from these three categories. examinations are held in a semester wise fashion with 2 semester examinations comprising a single year of study.

The college only provides skill training and and spoken skill training for the purpose of recruitment and placement. The fee for the entire program that is for the three year duration is around Rs 55, 000. There is also examination fee and semester fee which is to be paid along with the fees for each academic year.

Scholarship are offered to meritorious students from the side of Dibrugarh University as well as from the side of our college. Apart from that the state government also offers scholarship to the student. However the state government of a scholarship is only for students who are domicile of the state.

Infrastructure wise college has most of the things that you can expect from a good college like good classrooms, well equipped laboratories, nice playground, technological support like computer labs etc. Extra curricular activities like arts, dramatics and sports are encouraged to be taken by the student from the side of college and these are managed by various clubs. Events like the Bihu festival, annual fest Diwali party etc are organised.

Admission to various courses in our college is done based on the criteria of merit. That is the percentage of marks obtained by a student at the 10 + 2 or equivalent level are taken into consideration for preparing the merit list for admission to various programmes. Applications for admission can be made online as well as offline. Online application has to be made through the official website of the college while for offline admission one has to get the application from the college reception fill it and submit the same to the college.
