The college is located in Saravanampatli, Coimbatore. It is approved by AICTE. It is affiliated to Bharathiar university. It is accredited by NAAC with 'A' grade. The college was established in 1982. Dr. V. Radhika is the current principal of the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

B sc in CS, IT, hotel management, b com general, computer applications, professional accounting are available. MBA in finance, marketing, HR, logistics and shipping management is also available. MBA course duration is of 2 years.

Placement Experience

The placements statistics is very good. Companies like Aegis, Axis bank, dell, eureka forbes, HDFC bank etc visit the campus every year for recruitment. The college also helps in fetching internships to the students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

B sc fee is 27000 per annum, b com fee is 32000 per annum, both are of 3 years duration. MBA fee is about 90000 per annum. M com fee is 25000 per annum.Infrastructure of the college is very good and library is also very good.

Various days like teacher's day, independence day, republic day, sports day etc are celebrated every year. Various events , debates, quizzes are held throughout the year. The college also organizes football, cricket, badminton tournaments.

I got admission in this college on the basis of merit list prepared, taking the class 12th percentage. One has to show all the intermediate certificates and marksheet to complete the admission process.

Faculty

The faculty members are cooperative and helpful. They are well qualified and experienced in their respective subjects. They take classes on a regular basis. They also help the students in their preparation for placements.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well structured and relevant to current academic and real world needs,it hepls built astrong foundation knowledge especially in my field geography,the syllabus also supports preparation for competitive exams and higher education. Exams are conducted regularly and difficulties level is moderate,which helps in consistent preparation,however adding more practical assessments instead of only theoretical exams would be beneficial Overall the curriculum is good but it can be improved by including updated topics more hands on learning,and modern teaching methods

Course Curriculum Overview:

The courses are well structured and interesting espcially the social psychology and basic psychology papers. in a semester there are 2 internal exams and they will be at least a month apart from each other. as long as you study your course materials, the exams are pretty easy however otherwise it might be a tough one. the courses are well structured espcially the social and basic psychology. and in some semesters, there will be a reading period where students are encourged to go and read in the Library.. The Curriculum served as a base for Internships and basic understanding but it is required to do masters to get a job in psychology filed

My experience at Women's Christian College

Placement Experience:

The placements at college were good. Students become eligible for placement from the 5th semester. Some of the companies to my knowledge were Deloitte, Cognizant, Hexaware and the average package was between 3lpa to 5lpa. In my class, ther percentage pf students placed was more than 75%. My plan after my Bachelors was to immediately pursue Masters degree.
