Course Curriculum Overview

It gives you an opportunity to explore more about MBA rather than just studies. You will get case studies, assignments, ppts, and research projects to develop your skills. Apart from that, you will get to explore events in college.

Yes, the internship is a mandatory course. Depending on your work experience and skills you will get ample options to join in. Different companies came to campus on placement week.

College Events

Competition of companies - various companies came to campus to open their competitions. You will learn various aspects of business through these competitions. College events - your will be given an opportunity to explore various events on the campus.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel rooms are big and spacious. You will get all the basic amenities in your room. Lights, fans, 24 7 electricity. Daily cleaning of rooms is done. Sorry from that lift facility is given. They are operating 24 by 7.

Admission

After getting the call for interview, I had to go through GD, WAT and PI. As I already prepared for the three it was easy to follow. Interview is mostly about getting to know you and why you choose MBA.

They are highly qualified. But if you don't like any professor then you can ask for change. Profs highly focus on case studies and classwork. You will need to dig more to explore the subject. They are highly open to discussion.

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Remarks:

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top. Sneak Peak into the life of SCMHRDIANS!

Any person is eligible who is completed his/her graduation from some well known university and having grad percenetage above 50(for general) and above 45 (for st/sc). The application form is available at the time of applying for the Snap exam else seperately from the college or university portal it could be filled. In Symbiosis International University, they have the reseravtion provision for Kashmiri Migrants, ST, SC, OBC, PWD. They are benefitted in the order of seat reservation. For Kashmiri Migrants 2 seats, SC 15%, ST 7.5% and PWD 3% of the total seats are reserved.
