The college has a good reputation in India and also among companies when it comes to the quality of students. But the transparency in the placement process needs to be more clearer.

The course structure is very relevant to current business administration in companies. Exams are descriptively written as well as conducted in labs to keep your hands-on with the Research methods and latest software, tools, and languages.

Placements are good when it comes to summer internships and PPOs but Final placements still struggle to get good offers compared to IIMs. Many companies like Delloite, PWC, Aon Hewitt, L'oreal appears only in summer and are missing from finals.

Neev at SCMHRDis biggest management and cultural festival is Pune with over 15000 footprints. Many people from Pune and all over India come to participate and win big prizes up to worth 2 lacs in Neev.

The Fee structure is apt with respect to the infrastructure it provides. It takes around 19 lacs for 2 years of MBA including turion fees, Hostel fees, and Mess fees and also other amenities like gym and swimming pool.

Symbiosis scholarship is given to the topper of the college every semester. I have not availed of any Scholarship. There are also some scholarships for minorities through some government portals. The rest information is on the website.

The Gender ratio is male-female 70:30 which is good compared to other B schools. There are lots of committees to engage students in guest lectures, workshops, and competitions. There are a lot of different festivals like Lohri, Pongal, Durga Puja, which are celebrated.

Hostel Rooms are good with all the facilities but Tripple sharing is sometimes an issue as there will be no privacy and also the hostel is compulsory so no choice to leave outside. Also, it is compulsory to mark attendance every night which is irritating sometimes.

The Alumni network is extremely strong and glued by a special committee started just a few years back i.e. Alumni relations committee. Seniors help during summers with mock GD-PIs. They also help in competitions for guiding.

SCMHRD is a college and is in the top 20 MBA colleges in India. Screening for admission is done by an entrance test and GD-PI.

Most of the college faculty is well qualified and delivers well. Some teachers need improvement. External faculty is extremely good. Some permanent faculties are substandard and need improvement in teaching.
