Course Curriculum Overview
Chemistry is the most chill branch of college, so many half days and just labs If a normal class starts at 8:30 classes for chemistry students would be maximum times from 9:39/10:30. Curriculum is fine but for batch 2019 it changed & for 1st year it became more like the btech students.
Placement Experience
Placements & jobs are mostly in the teaching or research areas. Byjus, aakash etc. recruit students during 5th year since this is a 5 year course. We get a chance to get internship under our own faculty that too getting stipend.
College Events
The inter years, departmental week & fests happen for sure. But what happens at a large scale is technical, cultural & sports fest. This year technical fest took place earlier than cultural. In Early years they used to happen together.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are the best part of the campus be it in terms of food, infra or anything else. Wait, I was talking more of girls hostel in here. I believe that we get the best & tasty food out of all hostels in whole India may be.
Admission
Taking admission in Msc chemistry in this college only wants qualification in Jee Mains and then 7 rounds counselling starts which is handled by JOSAA.
Faculty
Faculty is amazing & always wishes to give students the knowledge which would lead them to good placements, research areas, more towards their interest. Faculty is definitely interested be it during lectures or labs.
