Remarks
The college have many positive things like most of the faculty is from IIMs and approx 35 years of corporate experience. The infrastructure is not that big but still well maintained with all essential requirements. Inspite of every thing college is just 13 years old so there is lot to do.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course structure is very well organised and based on proper practical research. PGDM is course where you need to do multiple things and that is what happen in FOSTIIMA. The days are hectic but also full of knowledge.
Placement Experience
The Placement is good and college bring 100+ companies for placement and internship. The college provides 100% placement opportunities and with a average of 6.50 lakh. FOSTIIMA also provide opportunities for international placement and numbers of alumni got international placement. FOSTIIMA also focus on internship of students and numbers of company come for internship and also give stipend.
College Events
Numbers of events get celebrated in FOSTIIMA. Freshers is the first celebration after taking admission, then Teachers day is the second celebration you come across with, third celebration is ganpati asthapana and ganpati visarjan, fourth celebration would be alumni meet where you get together with you alumni and in the winter sports events are organised and also Christmas. The new years let you celebrate Lohri and last but not the least “college fest”.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is quite feasible. The fee changes every year but still feasible. The fee for batch 2020-2021 is 7,75,000 and you need to pay in 6 instalments. Initially you need to pay 50000 for seat allotment and onward you need to pay 5 more instalment.
Fees and Financial Aid
I am not sure about any loan facility offered by college but there are numbers of banks available in almost every city and they will offer you loan and FOSTIIMA is AICTE approved college so that non of bank will say no to loan.
Campus Life
FOSTIIMA do have indoor and outdoor games facilities. Indoor games like TT and POOL and outdoor games like volleyball, badminton and some more. The ratio between boys and girls are quite appreciating. There is no tolerance regard to gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation etc.
Hostel Facilities
The college is near to Ramphal chowk of Dwarka and Ramphal is one of the known place of dwarka you will easily get PG’s and houses in rent. The college provide hostel as well and seats are limited and you need to share you room with one person. The hostel provide facilities like Bed, Wardrobe, AC, geyser, study table etc. Note - I would like to suggest choose house in rent.
Alumni/Alumna
I had good experience with my college seniors and seniors are quite interactive, helpful. Seniors also help in choosing internship and specialisation and help you in your exams and tell you about how to deal with faculties.
Admission
PGDM is a course where you learn more of practical knowledge and help in enhancing professional education and training. PGDM made students corporate ready and this is the reason I choose PGDM over other course. The Admission process in FOSTIIMA is as same as other colleges. First you need to take at least one exams like CAT, MAT, XAT or CMAT then you need to fill the form of FOSTIIMA and after selection they will call you for the interview and if you will get selected that is all.
Faculty
The faculties of FOSTIIMA are well qualified and maximum professors are from IIMs and having at least 35 years of corporate experiences and with the combination of education and corporate experiences they teaches in-depth of every courses.
