Remarks

It can be improved a lot. Everything here needs amendments and development.

Entrance Preview

No entrance exam. Chose this field as I was bent towards health sector which I realized when I was in 12th standard. Admission process was easy as I was eligible for the course.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

It is tough requires cramming. Well descriptive answers are required to satisfy the examiner. Although practical knowledge is good covering every aspect of syllabus.

Internships Opportunities

No internships. College does not provide internships students have to arrange it for themselves. We have to undergo one industrial internship which lasts for about a month generally it is not a paid one.

Placement Experience

1

I am yet to get placed. We have to go to job fairs companies don't come to our college. I have not seen anyone get placed from here most of the seniors opted to study further.

College Events

1

We just have freshers and farewells nothing else. Not much students are interested in participating in these events also. Generally it is self financed and not a sponsored one.

Fee Structure And Facilities

34000 INR tuition fees 4000 INR college fund 2000 INR for miscellaneous. It costs a fortune to become a graduate here. On that we don't even get placed have to find it on our own.

Fees and Financial Aid

Only Uttar Pradesh students can apply for full government funded education. Otherwise no loans are provided and scholarships are never meant to be distributed.

Campus Life

3

Labs were interesting with the fact that some of us really liked to play with chemicals. We do not have sports activity area not even an indoor one. Students here just roam around with their books. So called best friends.

Hostel Facilities

2

Our college doesn't have hostel facility. Although PGs are available nearby which charges 5000-9000 per head according to the luxuries provided by them.

Alumni/Alumna

Not much students come to this college and we don't have alumni meets. Most of the senior students have gone for further education only a handful got placed. That too for a low profile job.

Faculty

3.5

Not so good, not so bad. They are supportive but are always cribbing about the assignments. Assignments generally include making notes for them. Ready to help 24/7.

Placement Experience:

Placements in my college are average, not very high but some companies do visit every year. Students become eligible for placements from final year, mostly from 7th or 8th semester. Companies are not very big mostly local or mid level pharma companies come. Some roles offered are like production, quality control and marketing. Highest package is not very high, around 3-4 LPA and average package is around 2-2.5 LPA. Percentage of students getting placement is not very high, maybe around 40-50% approx. Many students prefer to go for higher studies or try off campus jobs. My plan after completing degree is to look for job in pharma field or maybe go for higher studies depending on opportunity. Overall placement is okay but needs improvement.

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college is average, not very high but also not too bad. Students become eligible for campus placement from 7th semester. Some companies visit the college but not many big companies comes regularly. Companies like small pharma companies and local companies visit and offer roles like production, quality control and sales. The highest package is around 3–4 LPA and average package is about 2–2.5 LPA. Number of offers is also limited and not all students get placed. Around 30-40% students get placement from campus, rest students have to search job on their own or go for higher studies. College gives some support but not very strong placement help. Because of this, many students including me are planning for higher studies or preparing for competitive exams to get better opportunities. Overall placement is okay but need improvement.
