Best College of AKTU in terms of studies

Go for this College if you really want to shape your future but beware of its strictness.Studying here will definately be worthy.the college has CCTV cameras at each and every corners of college,even in hostel corridors which makes hostel Life Strict as I've myself once caught dancing with others over speakers in corridor and many other student keep on getting caught while playing cricket or doing much mischief in corridor

This college focuses Strictly over overall Academics, too concerned about studies this college makes you invest whole day studying since lectures start by 8:30 and are till 4:30,with a 50 min lunch break in between.If you want to take addmission in a college to shape your future and be focused this is best.but if you want to chill out with friends then my friend this college is not for you as rules are very strict are they are made to be followed by everyone.

The placement here is average and the best part is that every student who is eligible for placement gets atleast an offe.Those who acquire skills and knowledge out of college curriculum or have excellent communication and technical skills here made it to 27LPA. College provides internship to willing students even from 1st year thought the stripend is around 10-20k. Many MNCs like TCS,Capgemini and Wipro visit here and are mass recruiters here.

There are many clubs,or you can say clubs for everything are here be it acting,dancing,fashion, competitive programming,debate,Poetry,Litrary, club for placement skill enhancing, Genero is the main annual fest here with all sports and cultural competions Intra and Inter College may participate in it,with games like treasure hunt makes this awesome, AKTU conducts annual cultural event which was hosted by our college this year it was great experience since I participated in nukkad and the experience of practice after lecture was mesmerising from 4:30pm to 7:30pm and the best part is that every other event was directly under 3rd year seniors so there wasn't that level of strictness and we enjoyed with them while practicing

Fee here is reasonable and approx the same as for other aktu colleges - Total fees this year was 1,44,000/- and hostel fees for 1st year boys is 92,000/- and the total fees is to be paid at once before getting your admission

Scholarship is offered by government of UP and you've to pay 40000? only after that for economically weak persons this is totally based on your academic and family background initially you have to pay whole fees then there is this Scheme by Government of Up, Also there is a fW category while filling you UPTU form,fill FW category,in this you are given scholarship only if your name is in FeeWaves category of merit list (i.e after exam merit list announced)for that you have to be in top 4-5 ranks of every course for a particular college, Loans are totally based on how good the bank is convinced by you paying back the loan you've to visit the branch show them your Academics.

Extra curricular activities by College is not that enjoyable for audience because of discipline,hahaa.but if you're participating then obviously it's fun as this is the only way you can officially bunk the classes,gender ratio boys to girls is 40:20 Fresher's party here is not exactly what one expects so don't expect one as it is more alike " bhandara"Workshops here have everything you want you may ask anything or work on anything extra curriculam.

92000/- hostel room here are 4 seaters for 1st year but about 6 rooms are 2 seaters and one requires to be early as they are first come first get based.four seater rooms are 20feet by 15 feets approximately,as I never took measuring tape to measure it, Number of beds for 1st year hostel is around 320.each student has his own almirah with lock.the toilets are 4 indian and 2 western seated with 6 bathroom and 4 basins for each group of 40-50 students i.e 10 to 13 rooms, The mess here provides you average taste and the menu changes 2-3 times an year you have buffet system and 4 times you are served with lunch and dinner is heavy and snacks in evening is light

Yes the college seniors here are very helpful but there's always a black sheep the number of helping seniors are in ample every senior here will help you like you brother only thing is that you've to pay respect to them.the senior even the passout of clubs help you to unravel any doubts whether be professional or personal.Ive joined LDL NGO which teaches slum children and empower their overall development the exposure experience with seniors here is awesome.The've suppoted a lot in academis and Competitive Programming.

You can get addmission in this college by UPTU entrance exam or direct addmission through Exam Conducted by College

The teachers are well qualified and highly interested in teaching they teach you the course and revise the same,with continuous Class tests and assignment for consistency.As I'm in first year telling from my experience with teachers,they are too strict but readily available for any academic related help or support.only thing which they can't give you is leave from any lecture. Full attendance here is Mandatory.hahahaa
