Remarks

The only thing is hostel and accommodation is not at all good and academics are good and other activities are also good but students feel this hostel as a jail because for simple things also full of restrictions like going outside for eating food

If we study in this college for Agriculture I think I may get a better jobs than ordinary job in this field and exam pattern is different according to ICAR INSTITUTION mid exams for 20 marks and practical exams for 40 marks and final theory exam for 40 marks

Yes our college provides internship and many placements are available and we are also paying placement fee to the college and the withstand with us during jobs time and if you are with good academics college will send you to the foreign countries

College Events

This college is somewhat encouraging the events to be done in the college but in some events they show the regional feeling but the events are good students can enjoy their lives only in the events and remaining they may can't enjoy.

Fee Structure And Facilities

For the local students fees is about 200000 for whole course but for the other state students the fees is mainly about 1000000 mainly for the if we came through ICAR Examination the fees will be less. But if you came through the NRI OR INDUSTRIAL QUOTA the fee will be so high

Fees and Financial Aid

The college offers so many scholarships for the students who are opted through general counselling but for the students who are opted through the quota seats no scholarship will be provided so that's the major problem for other state students

Campus Life

Extracurricular activities are good but they show somewhat regional feeling indirectly and activities based on cultural activities, student diversity, and also based economic status and sports are very good and they will give daily practice for the players

Hostel Facilities

Here in this college are with worst maintenance mainly boys hostels are so worst and it's better to stay outside and for ladies having PG'S and for gents there are no proper PG's and for gents it's better to take home outside the college with a friends

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna

Here ragging is not there so there is a somewhat healthy relationship with seniors and juniors and the basic thing sub groups are formed among other state students and if they are reduced means it will be nice

Admission

Through counselling I got admission In the counselling they checked for the merit list Based on my merit I am able to get a seat in this college Actually mine Industrial quota seat because I am from Andhra Pradesh

Faculty

They are profeesionals in dealing Agricultural science with full of knowledge and can able to explain any doubts and all profeesors are scientists and some are well trained in foreign countries and they are capable of dealing any type of situations in subject

The curriculum is fully about agriculture, which made me to take this course. Our curriculum contain more practical which helps us to teach for farmers is future . Frequency of exams is 2.30 hours for theory , misdemeanor 45 minutes , practical 2.30 hours , there is no difficulty in the timing of exams.

This course have the last two semester that is the fourth year as all India study tour rave and experiential learning in which you have no exams from the TNAU by rather than focusing on field in our experiences of the student by the students are placed upon in particular village allotted to area office so the students would face the struggles and experience of an agricultural officer in field level and get contact with the farmer and intraway we also get many certificates it will be useful for as career in all India study tour we are exposed to various states and cities of total India we will travel to various station in located in all over the country and we also get a huge exposure to it in inexperiential learning we are allowed to choose two modules in which one for one subject based upon the college this providing at the time we get exposure up on the practical and the industrial aspects of how to produce something either in the field of agriculture Horticulture aquaculture poultry etcetera. Clampes you based upon agriculture aspect and it is also useful for UPSC aspirants too improvements is that you can add some transportation facilities from main city to this college because it's located in the rural area and also there are need to be more labs of higher advanced the exam is for two and half for a 40 marks of the final year exam and the practical exam maybe depend upon external who comes mostly it is also around some three hours and The Viva may extend up to many time based upon external and the midsem for 1 hour

My college - TNAU

This is the top universities in Tamilnadu. 12th mark is enough for the admission in this college. The cut-off mark is about 195 for MBC Category and 197 for BC Category and 189 for SC Category. And for engineering Student the cut-off is about 178. For the other state students they need to write ICAR exam for the admission. I choose this college because of the top 1st in Tamilnadu.
