This College involve in development of student knowledge in as many was possible like competing with other colleges, events for all the state colleges to participate, sports, and many more. They also encourage students to participate competitions world wide.
Course Curriculum Overview
The teaching staff is awesome. The curriculum structure is updating every year based on present need for the job. Exams are conducted every two months. Labs are conducted every semester. Each subject has particular weightage based on important to that subject.
Placement Experience
Some main branchs in our college offer well salary and 100 percentage placement to students. They offer good salary package. The highest salary offered to our college student was 14 lakhs per annum. They provide good internship program to students from start of last year.
College Events
Many huge events are arranged in our college. There is a seperate team of students to arrange events in our colege. All kinds of events are arranged in our college including fun, sports, educational, cultural etc. They involve students to make up learn team work, management etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee Structure is dependent on the government. All though college fees is little bit expensive but its worth the price. The management of fund is taken well. We can observe changes made by fund raised by them.
Fees and Financial Aid
Government offers many scholarship to students of all class. College doesn't provide any kind of scholarship to students. But many other organisations provide students with fees and also accommodation to live in hostel.
Campus Life
They are good in arranging sports and fun events. Students from all over nation joins our college to study. All kinds of students are studying in our college. There is gender equality is our college in all matters.
Alumni/Alumna
One of the successful Women Sudha Murty studied in our college and also contributes to our college in all the ways possible. She also inspires students during her visits to our college. Senior students also help in our projects and inspires us to do work.
Admission
On the basis of entrance test score, I have applied for B.tech(mechanical engineering) in the P.E.S. College of engineering and I got selected.65% admission by Central Allotment Process (CAP) of Government of Maharashtra through CET MAIN 2018-19. 15%admission by Central Allotment Process (CAP) of Government ofMaharashtra through JEE/CET MAIN 2017-18 for MS/OMS candidate. 20% admission for institute level quota. Candidate should have passed HSC (Std. XII) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with subjects English, Physics, Mathematics are compulsary and optional subjects are Chemistry / Biology / Biotechnology & Technical Vocational. Choose any one from optional subjectand secured a minimum of 50% marks (45% in case of Backward Class candidates). For Biotechnology course, Biology is essential. For Maharashtra State seats through CAP, a ranking in JEE MAIN as declared by the government is essential. Institution level quota seats are filled up by due counseling as per merit basis. GOI nominee and J & K migrant have a quota of one seat in each department. They have to apply to Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra State for release of seats.
Faculty
The faculty in our college are well experienced and helps us in all the ways possible. Not only in studies, they also helps us extra curriculum activites and they also boost our enery by inspirational words which makes us inspire to do many things.
