Remarks
The college is very strict and has loads of useless rules. The library is very big but what use is a library with 200 copies of the same book. Students are not allowed to use phones inside the campus and the security is very narrow minded.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course structure is pretty good. All the topics required are covered. Although the course doesn't go into the depths. We have audit courses later on to go into depth and it is self paced. The course curriculum is going to change from next academic year
Placement Experience
The placements of my college are 100% and yes. It provides internships in reputed companies with at least a stipend of ?16000. Companies like CISCO, Cognizant, Amazon, TATA Consultancy etc. Come for the placements
College Events
The Technical fest happens about once year called Pragnya. It is the largest technical fest of the college. Cultural fests is conducted by Rythms and it is quite good. However the best of all is Pulse which happens once in two years and students from all over the city come to watch it
Fee Structure And Facilities
?122000 tuition for each year over the four year course and special fee of ?5500 in the first year and ?2500 for the rest of the years and NBA fee of ?3000 per year. It's on the expensive side compared to other colleges in the area.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are various ways to avail scholarships. The central government provides scholarships based on the caste and rank of the student in the entrance exam that was conducted by JNTU. Those who secure a rank below 10000 are given full fee reimbursement for all 4 years
Campus Life
The gender ratio is pretty good 2:1. The workshops are conducted quite frequently. The student diversity is not very much but since it's a city the diversity is not that bad either. The college is very strict when it's comes to mingling between the genders
Alumni/Alumna
Yes. The alumi network is notable and visit the college and give us insights about the current industry and how to become industry ready. Talks, seminars and question answers sessions are held by the college with the alumni
Admission
I applied for the NRI quota and my marks was satisfactory for the college standards and was accepted into it. The application process is pretty simple. You have to approach the college and just apply for it.
Faculty
The faculty is pretty good for the 1st years. They are keen to explain the subjects and clarify the doubts. However the faculty from the second year is not that good. They want the students to be present no matter what. They are happy with the students bodies present and mind absent
