Overall it is good and much better if you get in at GIA seat, teaching, various activities, library, lab facilities are really good at this cost, they will also provide training for placement and make mock sessions so that students become confident.

Curriculum is good compare to other Colleges in gujarat. They will teach some good software which is very useful in industry nowadays like creo, ansys, matlab. Bvm has autonomy so they have their own exam structure and assessment process, Two mid sem exam and one end sem exam is there.

Bvm has good placement cell & due to good reputation of college in gujarat some good and big companies visit every year for campus placement like L&T, Linde, TCS, Reliance. Placement mainly depend on the branch, BVM is famous for Mechanical so Mechanical has good placement compare to other branches, but due to economic slowdown, demonitisation, GST, placement is low in core branches compare to previous years. Bt at the same it is good compare to other Colleges. & Yes BVM has made compulsory vocational training for 6 weeks but they will provide internship only without stipend, and most imp. Internship helps you lot in your knowledge gain and placement interview so do it properly

1)Udaan- Techno cultural fest 2) Kshitij- Techno cultural fest 3) Know how- training placement cell event Udaan is biggest fest celebrated in BVM in summer it includes various activities of cultural events, technical events, photography event, DJ night, Garba night. many students from different colleges participate this fest. Approx average 1000 participants are there in this event Kshitij is 2nd largest fest celebrated in winter, it includes various fun activities, technical, cultural activities Know how is to improve the confidence of students for placement and preapre them for that it include GD, Aptitude test, general knowledge, PI etc. Afterall good festivals and events

Two types of fee structure 1) GIA ( grant in aid) they have very nominal fees approx 6000 per year bt admission in this seats require high merit 2)SFI (self finance) they have little bit expensive fee structure approx 1, 20, 000 per year bt if you have low merit than this seats you have to take, bt it is feasible compare to all other SFI colleges

Very good scholarship opportunities approx 10 different types of scholarship available with different criteria and college staff is very helpful in this case, bt there is no loan facilities available in college

Bvm has volleyball team, football team, yearly inter college cricket tournament, BVM Participate in annual sport competition of GTU, Girls are very less in core branches like mech, civil, electrical. Their is no any kinf of politics in campus, They done selection of GS and LR instead of election

I don't opted for hostel, bt review of my freind is it is not up to mark, not good at all, 3 student pr room they allot, but their are lots of good PG available in nearby area, they are affordable and good compare to college hostel

Alumni network is not good compare to other colleges, bt seniors are helpful, alumni association also provide a scholarship, bt they have not strong relationship with college and college students, some of them have donated good amount in college

Admission process is based on ACPC ahemdabad. ACPC makes merit list by combining two things 1) your 12th standard core subjects( phy, che, math) 2) entrance exam jee. 1st has 60% weightage and 2nd has 40%. By using this merit list ACPC will allot admission to the students by their preference and same in case of my admission

Senior faculties have really good knowledge about the subjects but the new faculty are not good for this reputed college. they are not good at teaching and even they dont have good knowledge about the subject. But afterall I think it is the same scenario in every college. At the end you have learn subjects by your own.
