Remarks
I am positive about the teaching-learning process in our college. The only negative thing is much prominence is not given to sports and they mainly concentrate on academics. Infrastructure is very good and facilities are good enough. Faculty are most experienced and most talented.
Course Curriculum Overview
The quality of the course curriculum is very good and they make is involved in the internships during the 2nd year of our course and they make us do the mini-projects and major projects during 3rd and 4th years. The exam structure does not make us that hectic and it goes in a transparent way.
Placement Experience
Our college has good placements and job opportunities. Many companies like Deloitte, Accenture, Asoka builders, L And T constructions come to us and they recruit us based on the student's performance in exams, interviews.
College Events
Our college holds both technical and cultural fests. During the technical fest, the student's come up with great ideas in their respective streams and show up their ideas. The name of the technical fest is acumen and the cultural fest is euphoria. The cultural fest goes in very large and many celebrities visit during that fest. That cultural fest gives a platform to students who are talented in dance, singing, arts, etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is not that high and it is feasible. The Government provides scholarships and fee reimbursements to economically backward caste students and so it is even feasible for the economically backward students. I pay zero fees as the government provides me fee reimbursement.
Fees and Financial Aid
I don't have any idea about loans or scholarships offered by our college. But I guess college does provide good amounts of loans based on our financial situation and other considerations. The Government provides fee reimbursement for the students to study in our college.
Campus Life
Labs have good infrastructure and almost all the required equipment is provided to students. Much prominence is not given to sports. Extracurricular activities are given some importance and provide a space to prove them. Looking for the labs and infrastructure it is very good.
Hostel Facilities
I have stayed in the hostel during my 1st and 2nd year and it cost me around 1 lakh per year. I used to share that hostel with 1 of my friends and we both used to live in one room and now I'm staying with my parents.
Alumni/Alumna
Our seniors help us during our mini projects and major projects. They share their experiences during their interviews and make us known about the things. They make us organize the events during fests and they provide us the space to explore.
Admission
I got 3640 ranks in the entrance exam called EAMCET and I have applied for this college during the counseling session. I gave my 1st preferences to OU and JNTU and next to vasavi college of engineering. Based on the caste and rank, the government declared my seat in this college.
Faculty
I feel we are fortunate enough to have such faculty. Many of our faculty have doctorates and many of them have PhDs. They show a great interest in teaching us concepts and also many innovative things. They are very well qualified in their respective fields.
