The course structure is good and up to date but there isn't much focus on research. Some days are hectic when you have classes and labs from 8 to 5 and some days it's pretty chilled. Really depends on the hrs that your subjects demand you put in per week. Before exams, there's one week's holiday for preparation.

I get stipend from MhrD. My college provides internships too. There is a good ratio of placements in every department of the college. There is a cell called TPO(Training and placement office) that work for students' placement.

Sports event named Samar. The technical event named Vigyan and The cultural event named Eclectica is held here this year. These events are for 3 days where all students are able to participate. In the cultural events, celebrity concerts are held here.

It's feasible with the facilities over here. National level faculties, events, and sports. Facilities include Gymnasium, Auditorium, E-hall, Central library, Advanced computer labs, Sports grounds, Hostel facility too.

Bank provides education loans for admission in NIT. Where they cover fees regarding tuition fees sport and hostel fees. This loan gets approved one to two months after admission. You have to submit your admission slip and fees slip with the loan application form in the bank.

They are also well maintained. Labs are highly equipped with all machines and instruments. New generation computers and software are installed there and with time they are upgraded. There is a sports department that manages several sports events like inter-NIT and within NITRR. There is a cricket ground, basketball court, two volleyball courts, hockey ground, and several others.

Depending on the hostel you get, your experience can be average to very good. Hostel B, C, and H are average While FRE is very good. Rooms are either two-seaters or three-seater or 4 seaters. There's also a choice of AC available in some hostels. Rooms, in general, are spacious and mine has a balcony and an attached bathroom as well but not every room gets that.

Yes, they guide us about placement and future events and inform us too about several seminars which help us think out of the box. They help in studies, strategies of exams. Notes and previous year's question papers are provided by them.

I got admission into this college on the basis of jee mains marks, The first three rounds of the admission process happen online, and then there is in-person counseling for which you need to come to the college. In the in-person counseling, they make you sit in descending order of your rank and call a group of children at a time and that's about it. I chose ECE because of my interest in physics and specifically electronics and the course has a good demand in the industry.

They are highly qualified in their respective fields, they provide you best knowledge and support as a mentor too. They are able to communicate with each student in their lecture and solve issues of students in the subject.
