The college life is always beautiful and our own college is always the worst. That's the same story for all of us.

To be honest, not just my university's course, but entire nation's course is just a basic preparation to face a new challange in professionalism. I worked in totally different technology from the things I learned during engineering. It should be improved. Industrial visits were organized for studenty periodically.

Placements are good, most of the companies offer low package from 1.5 to 4LPA. Companies such as TCS, Mphasis, Tech mahindra comes to our college. But nowadays, they do not come for individual, but as a pool campus where students from multiple colleges can join it. Approx 40-50% students gets placed from college and rest find their career outside the college. Institute starts extra aptitude sessions during placement period.

There is a annual event techfest which happens every year which has so many technical as well as non technical event like rangoli, treasure hunt, robot race, software development etc. The events can be attended by any student despite he is from same college.

Fee is increased now, I believe it's 80K a year for any branch in BE you enroll. The payment mode is mostly online, in some unforeseen cases they accept cheque and DD as well. The reputation of my particular college is not that good to pay additional money. Fee breakdown is not possible in 99.9% of cases.

No, I haven't. I belong to general category, so no scholarship for us. For OBC, there was a scholarship of 30,000rs per annum.

Campus is big enough to roam and gender ratio is 6.5-3.5 boys to girl. The dorm is strict as we are not allowed to go outside hostel after 10pm. Girls and boys cannot wander inside the campus together in day as well as in night time. I never felt anything like any gender discrimination or economic status issues with any student. All were caring.

Yes, three sharing rooms were there. Bathrooms are common for each floor. The rent is now increased, might have reached upto 65,000rs. Rooms are ok, not good, not bad. Food is provided thrice a day. Boys hostel is a 4 floor building and there are two girls hostel. Food is average in all of the building, even though my female friends told me that the food is worst there.

The college has built their own alumni portal, I left the college till then, but I am a part of that. I am in contact with some seniors seperately.

I gave JEE MAINS exam and enrolled in general counselling and TFW counselling. Then I got call from college that I got selected in TFW counselling i.e. my tuition fees is waived. I simply went college to pay initial fee and filled a form and that's it. I was in.

Faculties were cooperative, some were brilliant, some weren't. But to be honest, most of them had good theoritical knowledge, but not the practical one. Most of them directly choosen teaching line. There were 5 theoritical and 4-5 practical subjects in each semester. Each semester was 5 months old. Every day we had 7 lectures each of 50 minutes, including 1-2 practical labs and rest theoritical lectures.
