My college is very good in every aspect and is very helpful towards it's each and every student.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is perfect here in SIET college. The faculty here is well educated, has high educational knowledge, and is too friendly, and explains the most complex concepts in a very easy and easily understandable way. My college also focuses on my professional development as well.
Placement Experience
The placement in my college is very good. Students get placed in various companies like Infosys, TCS, Wipro, etc. There is a CRC department in my college which basically focusses on the students to get placed in major reputed companies for all the branches.
College Events
In my college, there are various events held which are organized timely throughout the year. There are several events like. Freshers Party, Technical Festival, Seminars, and some conferences. At fresher's party, the college seniors welcome the newcomers and encourage them to do something great in their life. The Technical Festival concentrates on the technical skills of the students who come up with their innovative ideas and some good projects which could be useful for society as well. Seminars are held regularly in my college for the overall development of the students.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is well designed and easily feasible for all the students. For the economically weaker students, the university provides scholarships to the students for aiding them financially. The fees here are not very much expensive or exorbitant that the students can't afford.
Fees and Financial Aid
Actually, the scholarship is provided to those students whose financial situations are not good or who barely save for paying to the college. Fortunately, my father is a govt employee so I have not availed of the scholarship.
Campus Life
My campus life till now in my college is very good. The gender ratio in my college is very good and the college is highly diverse. There are a lot of students which belong to various backgrounds and everyone studies happily and without discrimination.
Hostel Facilities
No, I have not opted for the hostel facility and the college is near to my house and I go to the college by college bus. But, I have seen my college hostels. The college hostel is good and each facility required by the students is available there.
Alumni/Alumna
My college has a good network of alumni and it also organizes alumni meet on a regular basis which helps the students in knowing about their seniors.
Admission
I got admission through Management Quota. And the best way to get admission here is to go for the entrance test of UPSEE and you will be eligible for getting admission here if you qualify for the exam and fall in the appropriate rank. At the time of counseling, you will be given an option for opting for this college if you have gained the appropriate rank in the UPSEE entrance examination. This is the best college in this city and students should prefer this one over the others.
Faculty
The faculty in my college have all their separate cabins where they are always available in their free time. Also, there is a social media handle of our college where students can ask their doubts, and the faculty reply soon and tries to clear the doubts.
