Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum was too good. It was relevant to my stream, and was quite good. It would have been better, as the college works on the curriculum provided by Aktu. The structure or the curriculum would have been better, as we want to learn more specific to the stream. And that was computer science
Placement Experience
The placement of my college was also too good. I mean I myself was placed in 3 different companies: Infosys, TCS and Wipro
College Events
Ignitia: techno cultural fest We used to have 3 day annual techno cultural fest. In these 3 days we used to enjoy the technical events as well as cultural events followed by the celebrity night on the last day. Fun-fiesta: the fun event In this fest, we used to enjoy sport competitions and fun activities.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee Structure was good but was bit expensive for a middle class family. As they used to ask for early fee. That is one time submission of fee per year. But apart from fee they had policy of attendance fine. In which they used to fine us for attendance less than 90%
Fees and Financial Aid
I filled the scholarship form on UP state website. And submitted that form with all the documents in the college itself.
Campus Life
The college was too good with all the things. They used to provide us time for extra-curricular activities like sports, dance, singing, etc etc. College used to send students for inter college tournaments. Talking about gender ratio: it was also almost equal.
Hostel Facilities
No, I didn't opted for hostel As I already mentioned, I am native to kanpur and I used to travel by college bus. College had 30 A.C buses to pick students from different corners of the city and those buses were too good
Alumni/Alumna
Yes. Seniors and Alumni are very helpful. Whenever we need any help, we approach them and help us anytime.
Admission
I wanted to be engineer, and this college is best college my locality. I don't wanted to go for some other city or college. Cleared Intrance Exam and then Interview to get admission in the college. The exam level was quite good and they also provided scholarship based on the Intrance exam score. Admission date: 06-May-2015. .
Faculty
We used to have 8 lectures a day. The faculties were too good and experienced. Their experience was good for us. Even Head of the department used to take lectures and were best in teaching. The college used to follow strict discipline for studies.
