I've participated in AP EAMCET exam in 2011, and got around 1lac rank. I've opted this college, because it is in a remote area which is pollution free zone.
Internships Opportunities
There is no one to oppose intern-ship. Principal gives permission to as many intern-ships you want. He wants students to expose to the outside parts so that they can learn a thing or two. I did not do an intern as per my personal reason. So, I could not say about the stipend and etc.
Placement Experience
Placements on the other hand are very few. Main preference is given to the CSE people. At my time, only 20 companies came, and they took maximum of CSE candidates. For mechanical candidates it'll be tough since only two or three companies will participate.
College Events
In my four years of education 4 technical events have took place and very popular persons in education society has attended. Farewell and Freshers parties is also celebrated every year.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes, Scholarship is available for the poor and under developed people by the government. And also, student loan facility is available. I'm a scholarship student and one of my friend took loan from a bank.
Campus Life
I'd say that campus life was GREEN because of its luxurious nature. Extra curricular activities were good. Every year sports events are conducted, and also the labs are very informative. They are conducted regularly and are very strict too. Competitions either in the campus or in other colleges are very much encouraged.
Faculty
As I mentioned above, the faculty is good, they teach well. Even though it does not have Ph.D's the present faculty is enough for the rural and also to the students coming from the city to learn a great deal. The labs though are very good.
