IIITA - A Premier Institute in the field of IT

Overall experience of college is very good, everything was memorable. One can admit in IIITA if you want to excel in the field of coding and want to achieve something great in the field of IT.

Courses in IIITA are strategically developed and planned accordingly to fulfill the cutting edge technology required for one's carrier. 4 years are divided into 8 semesters(ie. 2 semesters per year) Continous evaluation done for evaluation of a semester which is divided into C1,C2 and C3.

All major IT companies visit college for on-campus recruitments. It includes Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, Samsung, Morgan Stanley, Linkedin, Adobe, DeShaw etc.

Three major events celebrated in college apart from the events celebrated all over year. First is Effervescence ie. Cultural Fest of IIITA Second is Aparoksha ie. Technical Fest of IIITA Third is Asmita ie. Sports Fest of IIITA Apart from this many events like Lohri, Kite flying also celebrated every year.

B.Tech program fee is very feasible as compared to other private or govt owned college. Total 4 year fee amounts to around Rs.8,00,000 roughly 2 lakh yearly. Admission is purely based on merit rank in JEE-Mains exam conducted by NTA, no other mode of admission is present.

Meritious students will be awarded a merit incentive award based on their performance in academics. Apart from this several state and central goveenment run scholarships are also present. There is a relaxation of tuiton fee for every SC/ST students.

Lots of extracurricular happened in college round the year ranging from debates, technical and cultural conferences, robotics events. Students can participate in those activities to have a all round development in every aspect like curriculum, sports as well as extra curricular activities.

Yes I opted for college hostel, rented pg's are not allowed as hostel is compulsory for students except local students. Both aingle and double occupancy rooms are available. Single Occupancy Charge : 10800 Double Occupancy Charge : 5400 Mess Fee : 15000

Alumni network of the college is very strong, everyone helps each other in every possible way. During my placement days, I have also taken guidance from my seniors which helped me a lot in getting a good placement in a reputed company.

Usually in month of January and April NTA organizes JEE-MAINS exam nationwide. On the basis of All India Rank secured in the exam, admissions are done. Councelling in several phases are done after result announcements to admit students according to their choices.

According to prescribes courses in the curriculum, faculties are available according to subject expertise. In every domain of engineering specialized faculty is there to serve the students. Teacher to student ratio is also very satisfactory. Overall faculty in IIITA is as par demand and requirements of market.
