Course Curriculum Overview
Course is very diverse and also promotes modern technologies. Students are given many projects to complete based on many technology so we can say that the course is also research driven. As far as placement is concerned the course is fully helpful.
Placement Experience
Placement is best for CSE and ECE and rest branches have good placement as well. Many esteemed company hire our students and also provide internship. I did 2 month internship at Amdocs Pune.
College Events
Technical fest - Ojass Cultural fest - Culfest Sports fest - Urja All these fests are 2nd largest fest in east India and participation is from many esteemed college as well. Every year debate and poems contest arr held by Lds Music competition are held every year which gives every student fair chance to participate. The best club is Qunite for quizzing. quizzing at NIT jamshedpur is of excellent level.
Fee Structure And Facilities
it is feasible because there is fee waiver scheme based on the annual income. below 1lakh there is full fee waiver and upto 5 lakh 2 3rd fee waiver is present and above that full fee shall be paid. Many scholarship is also present provided by the state.

I opted for educational loan. and being a student of an esteemed college i got the loan very easily.
Campus Life
Campus life is the one of the things we can boast about. Talking about the gender ratio, it is not so good i.e. 10:1 is boy to girl ratio and the sports and extracurricular clubs are highly developed here. There are many clubs like LDS for literary and debates, Rachna promoting Hindi in our society. Every student is given fare chance to get inducted to any of the clubs. Racing clubs and Aviation related clubs and solar clubs are very helpful to many students seeking experience in those fields.
Alumni/Alumna
the Alumni network at NIT jamshedpur is very strong and every year alumni meet is set for them. the alumnis are helpful to the extent. They do whatever the can to help our students.
Admission
Well i secured a good rank in JEE Mains and after 6 rounds of counselling i got NIT jamshedpur Computer science branch. After accepting the seat first i had to verify the documents in one of the listed college and had to pay a small sum of money to freeze my seat. Then for admission I had to go to the respective college to get admission there and there we got our hostels also.
Faculty
The faculty is above average as all the professors are very talented and experienced. They try to explain each and every topic to each and every students. They support industrial visits of students to companies so our students can get experience. faculties are also involved in many workshops.
