College management needs some good staffs, otherwise management has always been courteous in solving administration related issues and student issues.
Course Curriculum Overview
Our subject is practical based with lots of theory.The written exams and practicals has helped us to gather lots of knowledge which we can impart to others. The course is research oriented which has helped us in further studies during our post graduation, and qualifying all india based research entrance exams.
Placement Experience
No companies visited our campus for placements. But several carrier counselling sessions were held to groom students to take decisions about their higher studies.
College Events
The college holds celebration in various cultural events such as birth of swami vivekananda, rabindra jayanti, nazrul jayanti,saraswati puja. They are greatly held with pomp and purity. Number of students participate in the cultural programs held in these occasions.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Feasible fee structure according to university norms.No additional fees were to paid during our course. The college provides transparency in fee breakdown. Annually 4500 rupees were to be deposited in the college office in offline mode. No additional fee charges were taken for admission in the college.
Fees and Financial Aid
No I did not opt for scholarship or education loan from the college so could not enlighten the procedure.
Campus Life
In our subject female candidates were more than the boys. Several cultural societies such as singing club drama club were there, to enhance the capabilities of the students. Students were treated equally,no discrimination regarding gender religion race was made.
Hostel Facilities
I did not opt for any hostel facilities. The college itself did not have any kind of such facilities. PGs were available at nominal rates to students who could not travel daily. PGs were not much far,available nearby.
Alumni/Alumna
Seniors at the same time were very helpful as the teachers. They were always ready to help the juniors. Alumni network was not so developed but time will make it a strong network connecting present stidents with teachers and alumni members.
Admission
My love for the subject and an ambition for higher studies has made me choose Zoology as my subject. This institution has been famous for its science departments, the bioscience laboratories are been long famous since years. The admission procedures were much easy.First of all offline form submission,then we were listed according to our merits for the final verification.
Faculty
At our time there were 6 professors one associate and five assistant gradde professors. They were experienced and were expertised in various fields of Zoology. Several lectures were held to provide us industry specific knowledge regarding the subject which could help us in further studies.
