Fabulous College

The college management was pretty cool actually. They used to support us for the fest and all when we are out of our budgets.

COMEDK I choose electronics because i was interested in electronics. and in my school also i took electronics.

I think the syllabus has to be changed. We are not applying anything we studied in our professional life. only few subjects are important like VLSI, Embedded systems etc.

Our College didn't offer any internship programs but instead i got a golden opportunity to do my internship in ISRO, Bangalore. It was very challenging experience for me. i had to work on the Pressure and temperature transducers which are made up of MEMs technology and i even did their cal-liberation in vacuum and entire vacuum conditions. these transducers were made to use in the satellites.

Well i can tell my be 30% of the students in my batch was placed from my college. MNC companies like wipro, HP, Intel and etc were the big companies then there were the lot and lot of small companies. The package was from 12k per month to 50k per month.

Electronics Fest ( Eagle ) : Conducted by the electronics department. includes circuit debugging, working demos, Robotics etc.Cultural Fest ( Esperanza ) : Inter College Cultural Fest.Inter college Sports Meet.Mechanical Fest ( Bolt )Electrical FestCS Fest,

Fees was not at all expensive. I can it was pretty cheap as it was under a educational trust. Our chairman is working in US and he maintains the College.

Some of my friends were studying under the scholarship under the caste thing which i dont know clearly.

Campus life was the best days of my life. We really enjoyed those days. Ratio was like 55:45 Boys and Girls Respectively. We used to celebrate almost all the festival in India like Holi, Ramzan, Christmas , Onam, Ganapathi Pooja etc In our college there is no problem with the gender or racism. All were our friends and we respect each others.

There two types of hostels for boys and girls. NRI Hostel and normal Hostel. In NRI hostel we have twin sharing rooms with a attached bathroom and a small hall, bed room and wardrobes.

We are having a alumni Association and once in 2 years we used to conduct a alumni. In our college. For those who are still not in a good profession, the members of the alumni used to help them.

We have 3 series exams in a semester in which they will take the average of the best 2 marks and will be added to the main paper,Exams was not that hectic. Teachers used to give important questions from the previous year papers and for the main semester exams they will provide us with the previous year questions and we have to do it like an assignment.

The faculty was very friendly and well trained. They tried their best to transfer the knowledge to us. They were also very helpful in the time of the projects.
