No I don't know about any scholarship available. But there may be scholarship on the caste like SC and ST. Some of my friends get like 20000 rupees as scholarships. I don't know the detailed information.

There are our college teams for almost every sport. There is cultural team for cultural events. The students and the faculty can take part in it. There is no discrimination done on the bases of cast or race etc. Raging is not done and if spotted they are punished.

The staffs is well qualified and teach well. The teaching also differs from teacher to teacher. Some are very good and interact with the students, but some don't even care about the students and keep on teaching.
