Remarks

Management is there only for making money. The founder of college is literally illiterate man, he was a successful scrap dealer of city and later on entered in education business and become successful in this as well.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

The course curriculum & exam structure was balanced. Semester wise exam has 1 or 2 tough subjects in each semester through the whole course. As I have 7 years experience in Civil Engineering the syllabus they taught us was just bookeish. In practical Civil Engineering is far more ahead then they teach.

Placement Experience

2

For Civil Engineering there was nothing like placement or campus selection. They never called any of company for campus selection for my batch or for our seniors. I assume they might called it for our juniors.

College Events

1

We celebrated annual function once in my whole course. There was nothing like events or something like that from our college side. If students wanted to do their own then college supported that but not in financial way i.e. farewell, fresher's party etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee was quite higher. There were few types of payment mode i.e. cash, cheque, draft don't remember if there was online payment method. There were transparency in fees structure with no additional charges. Apart from this if particular stream is in demand they used to take money for filling that seat in the name of donation (without any receipt). There were some cases they took money for particular stream but give them another stream without giving back the money or relaxation.

Fees and Financial Aid

College did not provided any of scholarship for by it's own but the Govt did for students who belonged to a poor families.

Campus Life

4

Campus Life was good. That doesn't depend on college. On an average college had more than 30% girls. Campus was safe for girls. Girls and boys hostel were separated and far from each other. Around 90% of girls preferred college hostels over living outside of campus in flat or PG. There was nothing like extra curricular activity, competition etc. There were labs and workshops related with stream subjects only. As there was nothing so nothing to say at all.

Hostel Facilities

2

I did not opted for hostel because that was too expensive i.e. 75000INR for three person sharing a room. Food was not that much good as my friends told me about. Cleanliness was good but wifi was poor.

Alumni/Alumna

First alumini meet held after 5 years of passing out. Seniors are good but they are in touch only for our personal relationship.

Admission

I got entered in this college by lateral entry. As I held diploma and had quite good rank in UPTU entrance exam I did not feel any trouble to get there. As much I researched that time it was an average college in teaching and same expensive as other institutes in metro cities. This was on second priority in my list followed by Galgotia college.

Faculty

2.5

My earlier apologies for what I am going to tell about my beloved faculties. They were kind of defaulter in such a way i.e. most of them were females and they were there because they find themselves unfit for feild jobs, most of male faculties also found them unfit for feild jobs, most of them not intended to be a faculty they were just doing preparations for govt job at all.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I want to be a software developer. The faculty are very kind and helpful. Almost every faculty member has completed there post-graduation from various established colleges. The examination scheme is a little bit slow here. Students can pass their semester exams if they are paying at least 45 per cent of their concentration.
