About the college infrastructure and branch

Management is pretty decent and supportive. They never said no when we said to conduct events. So I was happy with how management supported.

I had written CET and COMEDK. Dint do well in CET so chose through COMEDK. I dont remember the rank, but anyhow COMEDK is all based on money. So i had to pour out lot of money to get the seat.

Curriculum designed was pretty useful. The subjects and the syllabus in the VTU were designed to suit up to the current market standard. After passing out of college, even after 6 years i feel whatever i learnt was pretty useful and indepth.

There was no internship offers to either me or my batchmates. So hence no question of the stipend arises.

Only few companies used to come for placement. One among them was TCS. They offered may be 3 lacs dont remember the exact figure.

There were lot of state and national tech events conducted during our period. One was Shrishti or something conducted by ABVP. Aantarya we conducted a state level fest. Apart from this there were other events also conducted.

Lot of loans were offered by banks and other institutes. I dint avail any. People took Vidyaposhak scholarships. And studied on that.

Campus life was excellent. Labs sports etc were conducted at regular intervals and they created a buzz among the students. We used to wait for the sports events and all.

Alumni network is Ok . It was good in the initial days, now it looks lost. Cant see much going around. No buzz of meets or similar events like that.

Labs were pretty chilled out. Exam structure was hectic. With exam schedule not being too long. We had very less gaps between the papers. But its quite as per VTU time table , so nothing to complain on college part.

Excellent Faculty. All senior professors with very good knowledge in the subjects. Classes conducted by them were pretty effective. Some classes conducted by senior lecturers we never missed due to their indepth knowledge in the subjects.
