Remarks
This is not a college but a school and not even a normal school but an army school, hods and dean of this college are retired colonial and captain of army, though we should respect them but they never understand the student side.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum of abdul kalam technical university is of 1960s they teach us that old 60s theory, as being an ece student they teach us about 8052 ic which was the first ic like seriously nothing new.
Placement Experience
The placement for computer science as well as information science is well remarked, there are lot of internships provided to E&C engineering students. But students of other branches suffer through the least placements and internships. Well that is the major drawback of the college
College Events
The worst thing about the college is that no technical as well as cultural fests are celebrated here, even in fresher and farewell parties they take money from each students and as a chief guest they invites themselves.
Fee Structure And Facilities
As per the infrastructure and faculty the fee structure of the college is not feasable, faculty have the knowledge but are not attractive when explaining, it seems that they have hired PHDians from nit but they don't knows how to teach.
Fees and Financial Aid
No loans facility is offered by college administration, students have to manage themselves about which bank to be chosen, college only provides performa of fee structure and nothing else can be expected from them.
Campus Life
Labs can be rated as average, faculty first explains the student and students can do whatever they want after that. Sports are allowed only to hostlers and they also have to take permission for that and some extracurricular activities are entertained by various socities of college
Hostel Facilities
The infrastructure of hostel is good but the mess is completely messed up, in boys hostel very poor quality food is given, once students went on strike for low quality food but still they are struggling.
Alumni/Alumna
No, not at all, if you are an average student and is not a part of any society then definitely you can't have a network or interaction with seniors and alumni we even don't knows them, college do not provides such platform
Admission
I got it through an exam upsee and got to know about that via one of my school senior who was studying here and on the basis of my rank, I got admission here in department of electronics and communication.
Faculty
Faculty can be rated as above average as they have quite knowledge but some of the faculties are not good at explaining and some even cannot manage the class, faculty gives assignment at regular intervals
