As we know every coin has both sides there will a good as well as a bad thing but our college was remarkably one of the best one and I'm proud to say that I was lucky to get an admission in Nehru college.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is based on the current scenario based on the accounting field and they boughtany changes like as an example adding GST to the syllabus and making is aware about all the topics which will help out for the career path.The faculties will be there for us during all the tough situation to overcome us and achieve better results.
Placement Experience
Our college was having a special team called (Nehru Corporate Placement and Industry Relations)NCPIR from the start of first year itself they will start the training and helps us to prepare for the competitive exams conducted by different companies and also they helps us to avoid the fear as we are stepping towards the first step of our future.As a good number of students gets placed from our College to core companies.
College Events
The events conducted in our college it's uncountable as our college is almost near to kerala Tamilnadu border so all the festival will be celebrated and many inter college events and college fest. The collegee offers a big space for the students to show their talents off the campus and within the campus by organisimg different events.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It was feasible only and the college also helped many students with the fee structure and given scholarship for students who are financially backward and the college also took many intiative like building houses for the poor who stays nearby our college.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college alsonoffers Nehru Vigyan Scholarship for the students who secures good percentage of mark and this helps many students to get fee concession.
Campus Life
Our college supports extra curricular activities and in my batch itslef there were almost like 4 friends from Comoros amd they were very happy and we all got an opportunity to socialize and get to know about a different culture and we both were so much excited to know eachother.
Hostel Facilities
I haven't opted for college hostel as I was staying with my parents and the college hostel infrastructure and food was also good as many of my friends were staying in hostel and they were happy with the life inside the hostel.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumini is there and they conduct term wise meeting with the alumini and the college also encourage the alumini to attend various college events and share their experiences.
Admission
First if all I got the reference from my cousin brother and I got admission by attending an interview in the month of April 2016 and during the interview itself our principal made a note of everything which I had told him and the management also helped me a lot to achieve my goals and they also focussed on the things which I had told him during the admission interview.A good eco-friendly campus with lovable faculties and non teaching staffs.
Faculty
The staffs and we'll versed in the subjects which they handle and they have a good knowledge and also supportive in all the co-curricular activities.Most of the lecturers are PhD holders and they never forgets to come out and conduct expert talks with different personalities in various professions which would motivate us and also helps us to attain much more knowledge.
