Remarks

The college is very good in various aspects such as studies, extra-curriculum etc. The staff and the teachers are very helpful and understanding. The only thing i feel bad about the college is that its strictness in making the students follow the rules of attendance.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Course Curriculum is mostly relevant to the course given in by the Bar Council Of India, students are made to submit research papers which makes the course a research-driven course too. Curriculum is always modified and altered according to the current industrial aspects in the market which really helps the students to secure on-campus placements and also better understand about what really goes into making a student a professional in the near future. Yes, from time to time there are various companies visiting the college campus, along with various Judges of various High Courts and other courts of the country and Bar members or various intellectuals.

Placement Experience

3.5

Visiting Companies: BAJAJ, TATA, Niti Bodh Law Firm, Reliance Games, Brightleaf Solutions, Bajaj Allianz General Steps: Written exam (MCQ) -> Group Discussion -> Personal Interview -> Hiring About 40% of students being placed. Yes, the institution organized briefing sessions, preparation sessions, group discussion practices, interview practices.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The program fees is Seventy Five Thousand (75,000) Per Year, for 5 Years, which makes it Three Lac and Seventy Five Thousand for the whole course of 5 Years. Accepted Modes of Payments accepted by college includes cash, demand draft, cheque. There is no additional fees or charges payable to secure admission to the college for the course. There is absolute transparency provided by the college authorities in the fee-breakdown.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, I haven't opted for any scholarship or education loan for the college. NO, the college doesn't offer any scholarship opportunities to students.

Campus Life

3.5

Campus life in the college is very intriguing. There are students from around the country coming together to learn in this college. The diversity in the college is huge and vast as you can see people from every part of the country. Gender Ratio is also very good in this college, which would be, in my sense, 2:1 (boys:girls). Student Parties are always a treat to go to, every year the seniors of the college would organize a unofficial freshers parts for the newcomers to the college. Various workshops are also organized by the college such as client counselling, moot court competition, research paper competition etc. The college authorities are tolerant and there is no prejudice or bias between students belonging to various castes, race, gender, sex, ethnicity, economic status.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

No, i haven't opted for college. PGs are available around the college campus with price ranging from 4,000-7,000. Food= 2,000-2,500 per month Living= 4,000-7,000 Travel= Negligible (because PG are available very near to the college campus i.e. walking distance)

Alumni/Alumna

College seniors are always very friendly and supportive. Interaction with seniors is very easy and flexible. They are very helpful, not only in studies but also in various aspects of the college life.

Admission

I always wanted to do study law and be a part of the legal structure of this country, so as to understand the basic working of the country and make my part in it. Factors: Away from home to get exposure, college is about 5 decades in working so a reputed one, one of the top most ranked college by Outlook magazine, reputed faculty from around the country. Steps: 1. Fill entrance exam form in around April-May. 2. Rolling out of admit cards in May-end. 3. Conduct of Exam around June-mid. 4. Declaration of Results after 10 days time of the exam. 5. Ranks from 1-100 are called for Interview and Admission Process either in Delhi or Pune, as per the candidates' choice. 6. Then next 100 rank holders are called for the same procedure, then next until the allotted seats of the college are filled.

Faculty

4

The course is divided into 5 years and each year is divided into two semesters and each semester holds about 5-6 lectures a day, 6-days a week. There would be around 30 lecturers in the course along with other staff members, divided among the different 5 batches of students in each year. Average Age would be around 35+, every lecturer is qualified to teach with majority of them being Masters in Law. The lecturers are pretty good in imparting knowledge on a particular subject that one teach and yes there are some relevant industry experience or certifications owing to Internships in various law firms and industries.

Companies that hire majorly are Tier-1 and Tier-2 law firms, like AZB, Khaitan&Co. Average package goes to about 15-16LPA. My plan is not fixed yet, but I aim to pursue SEBI or RBI law officer exam.
