Overall averagely good. Infrastructure is really good.
Course Curriculum Overview
It is based on the MCI guidelines. Clinics are less than expected. Exams are conducted by the health University of Maharashtra that is MUHS Nashik. There are no on campus placement facilities. The hospital attached to the college is really good well equipped with all facilities.
Placement Experience
Placements are good. You get good time to study for your pg entrance while doing your internship. The staff is helpful.
College Events
There is an annual fest every year. Also there is the ganpati festival which is celebrated. The students organise it themselves with minimum help from the college which is a great learning experience. They are quite good with an sports cultural and other activities.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It is expensive as compared to government medical colleges but it is relatively cheaper than other private institutions in the state. There are various government run schemes and scholarships which prove helpful for students who can't afford to pay the fees.
Fees and Financial Aid
No I did not opt for any scholarships. However government scholarships are all available. the college does not give scholarships.
Campus Life
Campus Life is average. The male female ratio varies with each batch. Extra curricular activities are limited. Worshops and sessions are not organised. Labs are good and well equipped but you don't get to perform experiments hands on. Sports occur once a year during fests.
Hostel Facilities
Yes. Three students in one room. The annual fees is 30000 INR for a year. The rooms are average. However they are quite clean. The food quality is really bad and it is compulsory to eat at that mess.
Alumni/Alumna
Seniors are helpful but I'm not sure if any alumni network exists. This is a ragging free campus.
Admission
Admission is through a common entrance test conducted at an all india level. Though there are quota for state students. Admission is around month of August every year. There are however also management quota and nri quotas available. The fees here is less than average of other institutions in the state.
Faculty
Faculty is all good and well qualified. There are a minimum of 5 faculty for each of the nineteen concerned subjects. There are a few teachers who are exceptionally well and student friendly. Lectures happen regularly and attendance is really strict.
