I think the college is really good for studies. its one of the oldest ones in gujarat. Apart from that the activities are very limited and campus interviews and placement is an issue. The semister system and the result system is one of the best i feel in india.

I got admission based on my 12th grade result. I opted for this college as its one of the oldest engineering college and was among the best which i could get during centerialised admission program.

B.E civil 8 semisters each consisitng of 5 subjects the first year was same for all the different course of engg, and after that specific subjects for each branch were there.

No internship was required and hence no stipend was offered internship program should be made compulsary so that we get exposure of field. This was missing in my college

It was very less. hardly one company came for placements oppourtiny. So we all had to find jobs ourselfs.and hence job opportunities was not there at all during my passing out year.

Technical: we went for surverying somewehre in baroda.cultural : 1) welcome event2) days celebrated every year3) cultural events with skits, dance fashion show etc.they were big evernts and all the branches took part in them.

Fees were bare minimum. I dont remember the exact details but being a govt. College the fees were somewhere between 2500 to 3000 per semister and hence very affordable, Girls would get some part of it as refund after completing engineering.

I am not aware of this as i dint opt or wanted any such facilities. But i am sure there must be scholarship and loan facilities available.

Campus life was not as what would have been there in colleges with such cast campus. Sports was the only thing that was given importance gender ratio was ok. hostel parties did happen but not frequent.

Hostel facilites were not great. not maintained and the furniture were too old. The rooms like small and it had to be shared between 2 or 3 depending on the room size. though the fees were very less and hence could not complain much about it.

No contact from the college reguarding alumni programmes or get together. We did fill the form for alumni but i suppose its just on records as we dint not get any call or emails after leaving the college.

The exam sturcture was semister wise and the enviroment was the best we could get anywhere in india.

We had a really good faculty every subject was taught by experienced faculty. The core subjects of my field such was structure and surveying had an amazing faculty which would help in each and every manner to make student understand.
