As per the notification of govt of odisha a student is required to have 75% of the attendance in the general lecture Tutorial and practical classes in order to be eligble to be sentup for university examination Candidates should bring their identity cards and admit card to the examinstion.

Certificate for rail way concession tickets are issued to students of the college for journy on the study tour and go home in vacation only.

1.post matric scolarship are awarded every year by the ministry educationt to the 1st division students who passing h.s.c examination. 2.the govt.of odisha award some junior college scolarship and a no. Of other scolarship on ths basis of merit cum poverty for post matric students. 3. Students belonging to sc,st and lower iconomic group are awarded scolarship. 4. National load scolarship is awarded by the govt of india to the deserving students securing 60% marks producing their parents income below rs 6 lakh per year.
Campus Life
The college have not a big campous but they provide almost all facilites to the student. They have reading room, practical lab, teaching rooms, common room for girls and boys separately And also for teaching staffs Meeting halls And a smaal play ground
Hostel Facilities
The college has two hostels to provide accomodation to the outside students.the selection of the students is done purely on merit basis.each boareder must take meals in thehostle mess on payment.allotment seats in the hostle is purelyat the discretion of the superintendent,admission fees for the hostle,annual charges for hostle are to be deposited in the offiece of the superintendent.
