Ravenshaw University "A historical university of diverse literature"

The management of the university has in good hands, who are trying their hest to lift the standards of the university.

As per University Grant commission, the university follows CGPA pattern, which symbolises common curriculum of study all over India, having various subject included even of different departments, it helps expanding our knowledge base, giving us an opportunity to research & be a professional in role to achieve excellence in career.

The University offers voth on campus & off campus interview, & having well known recognition in India, it becomes easier to get into in big corporate, although there's no internship programs but campus recruitment cell tries it's best to bring out the best in every student

Every department celebrates it's annual function along with each hostel having it's separate functions, besides that College organise various cultural program & invites it's students to display their talent, attracting a huge crowd on the day of program.

The fees is minimal, as it's fully state sponsored university, therefore only a nominal amount averaging 1000 is taken for for various heads, & additional amount of upto Rs 3000 for addmision, & the there's complete transparency in the system of payment.

As per paper, the university does not offer any scholarship, but recognise the state government scholarship scheme.

In terms of gender equality, the university gas a special cell to look after this matter Which ensures that there's no injustice & wrong societal practice happening in the campus. The University has it's own sport's club, separate gym for boy's & girl's, even available in every hostel.

No, but my fellow batch mates are residing in hostels, as of date Ravenshaw has 6 boys hostel & 5 girl's hostel, providing meal at a subsidies rate upto Rs 25 per meal, & addmision fees totals upto rs 7000/-.

There's a cordial relationship between junior & senior, where the seniors are always ready to extend help be it in studies or even in practical field of life.

I have completed my +2 in commerce,& so I was looking for good university with highest quality in education in the state of Odisha, & therefore I aspired to be a part of it & luckily on the merit I got into Bachelor's of commerce in the year 2017 as of now I'll be completing my graduation.

The historical university has diverse culture of different experience faculties belonging to different research fields, & their level of teaching us at par with the standard of UGC guidelines, the age group of teacher faculties is a mixture of all. overall it's rich experience of teaching of different backgrounds.
