The size of campus is not too big and cultural activities taking place are also less

The college usually follows a program outcome scheme in which each subject has certain outcomes which helps in developing knowledge of the student related to that subject then there exams in 3 phases i.e sessional test 1, pre university exam and final semester exam. After each exam the faculty members matches the outcomes of the course with the outcomes of the program and verify which area of student is weak and work on that topic.

The placements for the mechanical department are not that much in boom nowadays as we are going through a mass recession period. But companies like ashok Leyland,Bosch, saint gobain,vivo,etc visit our campus each year providing placement to more than 50 percent students in core companies rest other students get placements in various consultancy and programming based companies. So the overall percentage of placement is around 70percent.

The college has one con that there are less no of cultural fests taking place. But the no. Of technical fests taking place is bit high as. Every department organised there own technical fest which has some amount of cultural activities also. the mechanical department organises the biggest fest. Also various celebrities keep on visiting the campus each year such as kapil sharm, tiger shroff, disha patani, etc.

The fee structure of college of very transparent and they accept all modes of payment DD,NEFT,cheque,even through paytm. no extra amount of fee is paid to take admission in the college only your marks are key for the admission.The amount of fee charged related to the courses is quite feasible as they are providing us varios other opportunities other than academic study only such as the mechanical department is having setup of various advanced labs like robotics,pneumatic automation etc which is accessible by each student of the college

Yes the scholarship offer is provided by up govt to the economically weaker students and college on its level also provide some amount of fee waiver to the students who perform good in there academics. College. Also helps the students economically for there innovative ideas,projects,etc

The gender ratio of college overall is good but in mechanical department there are 90percent males. In terms of extra curricular activities there is a cricket ground,basketball ground, futsall ground,badminton court and volleyball court. Various other special labs are also there such as. Robotics lab by ABB, pneumatic automation lab, CNC lab, PLC automation lab.All the labs are in excellent working conditions and they are operated by the 4th year students only.

The alumni of the college is very helpful and they always guide their juniors for having a bright future ahead. The seniors are also very cooperative

I cleared exam of upsee and got rank around 12000 and then I went for counselling but I was not able to make it out as I was not resident of uttar pradesh so I contacted one of my acquaintance studying at shardha university he told me about gl bajaj so I went there and checked out the infrastructure and talked with faculties there I had also visited some more institutes like galgotiya,united and many more but out of all from knowledge point of view I felt like gl bajaj is a better option and I'm experiencing it even now. So I went to the admission department and they told me that they can grant me seat on merit Basis so next day I took all my documents and DD and went to get admission in glbitm. The procedure was very smooth and faculty present there was very cooperative they told me everything about fee structure and the program and then I took admission in this college

The minimum qualification of all assitant professors is M.tech and all the professors have completed there post graduations and PhDs from reputed iits, nits,etc.The average age of all faculty members is between 30 to 50. There are 30 to 40 lectures of each subject and each faculty members provide the relevant and good information related to the topic by taking examples from current industries.
