My college

All over I think as compared to other colleges and universities I love my college, it has some bad points but also a lot more good points.

Every course is divided into semesters here of six months, but it always take less time then 6 months. I m a law student and in our department, everything was good enough. There are so many activities organised by the department such as court visits, mootcourts in college, National Conference, NSS drives etc and many more. If we talk about exams then in a six month semester 2 MST and after this final exam of the semester was conducted this is very relevant and fair.

Senior students get many placement options, but I haven't reach that level till, so I don't have availed any internship till now.

The biggest festival in our college was the youth festival. Which is always held in March or April. Other wise there are many functions and activities with the departments themselves. In our department we have moot courts, national Conferences, etc. All over we enjoy lot here.

Fee structure is I thing little expensive. Even they charge big fine on late fee submission and even they take examination fee every time after every 6 months. They charge lot of fine on everything. Which is not good according to me. But one thing which is good is that our college provide so many scholarships.

I have not opted any scholarship or education loan yet. But our college offer lot of scholarships to students.

In our college there are so many diversities. Students are from different places like from jammu and Kashmir, Himachal, delhi, UP, Punjab etc. With almost equal gender ratio. Every thing was good here for students like labs, sports, competitions in various fields.

I have not opted hostel. And there are so many seats here. So one can easily get the hostel. If one want PG then also there are so many PG around our college. We can easily get it upto 5000 rs and even one can get PG in less then 5000 rs.

Our senior are very nice, helpful and friendly in nature. We have a ragging free environment. They are like our friends, whenever we go to them they never hesitate to help.

I choosed BALLB because I know after this degree i definitely not sit some. I know I will get lot success. I choosed this institution after comparing fees structure, building, area etc. And after comparing I found it better than other universities in chandigarh Or mohali.

In a weak from Monday to Friday according to timetable which always keeps on changing. We someone times have 6 lectures per day, sometimes 4 lectures and sometimes we have 5 lectures. After first four lectures we get 1 hour break. Our college gives less and less burden to the students.
