JIMS Greater Noida

I chose my undergraduate college to be JIMS Greater Noida based on the quality of schooling and the opportunities for students to get good financial packages. The admission process was lengthy but totally based upon the merit I scored in CLAT-2019 and my 12 marks. I chose their college over other because as I didn't get the opportunity to be a part of NLU so after that as JIMS is affiliated with GGSIPU so we thought it is the best our of rest. I went for a search of colleges through Collegedunia.

I opted for law because I wanted to be a professor of cyber law and also I would love to have PhD both in cyber law and arbitration.

My course if of 5 years so yes after 10 semesters I am eligible for the campus placement. 10 lakhs was the highest package I remembered. 100./, placement is always guaranteed but its always about the performance or the personality of a student that gives him or her the job. I want to do LLM, I will also appear for government exams but my aim is to get a PhD in cyber law.

The fees are not so high that a middle-class can't afford and for economic weaker section of the society, they have policies too. I am not aware of any such scholarship yet but I will share as soon I get to know about it.

There are several educational and cultural events every year and even our college always promotes us to participate in every single competition possible. The library is really very helpful as there are several books of different authors in a huge amount that if students want to read and issue they don't face a lack of stock. Classrooms are fully air-conditioned and we have digital classroom system teachers use podium and mic to teach.

The faculty and student ration is good as every class carries a maximum of 50 students and the college has dividend classes into sections so that teachers can focus on every student properly. Teachers are all postgraduate or PhD holders and even the coordinators are all carrying doctorate degrees of their fields. The exams were a bit difficult as it was my first time to appear for a university paper but yes as all the study material was provided beforehand by the faculty and the teaching pattern was so efficient that it became easier to memorize and write answers easily.
