The most intriguing thing about this institute is the curriculum. 9 months classroom program after which students are sent for internships in various organisations for 9 months. All the internships are paid and organisations are MNC'S which in itself gives a boost in career. The Placements are the best , 100% Students gets placed by either getting a pre Placement offer from the organisation they are working with or through on campus placement drive.

I chose Hr & Marketing as my specializations. The teachers are very cooperative and endure a friendly relationship with students. The faculties have rich corporate experience because of which they are able to provide corporate examples of topics as well. Case studies and roleplay makes subjects very engaging. Assignments are given from time to time which helps in better understanding of subjects. Exams are taken twice in a trimester. One is mid-term exams and the other is final exams. The academic department co-ordinates well with the exam department which leads to the completion of the syllabus in time thus resulting in smooth conduction of exams.

The roles offered are business development executive, territory sales manager, assignment process manager etc. The minimum stipend is 10k while the highest stipend for our batch was 50k. The Internship opportunities happen on campus. Organizations visit the campus with offers, the process begins with a pre-placement talk followed by other processes of selection. I got to learn a lot during my internship tenure, its basically a job in itself as you get to experience every little detail of it.

Placements are the strongest pillar of this institute. The Placements team is well organized and dedicated to the goal of bringing in the very best organizations of the corporate. Companies like Treebo Hotels, Amazon, TIAA, ECLERX, Times of India, Zolo Stays, SG Analytics etc visited our campus for Placements and all of my batchmates got placed thus maintaining the 100% placement record of the Institute. The average package is about 6.5-7 LPA while the highest is 14Lpa. I wish to work with the organisation that I am placed in and I am really thankful to the placement team and the institute for making me capable of working for such a renowned organization.

For our batch fess was about 8.15 lakhs. Fees are taken in instalments and proper financial assistance is provided to students who want to take bank loans for financial aid. Bank representatives are pretty transparent and help individual aspirants with the same. I got an internship with ECLERX as an HR (Talent Acquisition - IT) with a stipend of 10k, on completion of the internship tenure based on my working abilities pre-placement offer is assured.

The institute has great infrastructure. A large library which fulfils all the requirements of a management student. Committees are made at the beginning of the session. Students conduct all the events that are proposed. It feels great to organize an event and also brings in lots of lessons and experiences. Every festival is celebrated ranging from Durga puja, Ganesh Puja, Eid to New year. Dandiya night is organised by students every year after Navratri. Lexicon annual event is organised around February where cultural programs are performed by students and also top executives are invited from various organisations which provides a great opportunity for networking.

The hostels are provided with all the amenities, washing machines, geyser, Induction, cookware, almirah, tv, set-top box etc. The helpers are there who take care of cleanliness and hygiene every day. Security guards and cctv's are installed on each floor which makes us feel secure. The mess food is by far the best I've had in any hostels. Different menus each day and all varieties of cuisines are available. Proper sanity is maintained in making food which is the best part. The menu can even be changed according to the majority of students.

For the admission process began with a GD, where my group was given the topic of technology in emerging India, after clearing the GD I faced a one to one personal interview in which I was asked about my introduction, my work experience if I had any and general knowledge questions along with current affairs. I was preparing for all these since the past few months, reading newspapers helped me a lot.
