Remarks
Teachers in SIRT are very supportive. They help in all aspects, clear our doubts as many times we require and are friendly by nature. The admission process is specific and not time consuming one easily gets admission on the basis of entrance exams appeared or merit based. I have compared SIRT and LNCT and could not find much differences among the 2 colleges. The studies are same teachers here are more friendly and supportive as compared to that college.
Course Curriculum Overview
I was interested in machine learning from my school time and wanted to go further in that field. Firstly I wanted to go for aeronautical engineering but when I searched for it. I got to know the benefits of taking mechanical branch over aeronautics and thus came for this course. The faculty teacher ratio is well managed in our college in a class 30 students are placed under one teacher guidance and the teachers are very sincere and careful with the student's attending their overall performance in studies and extra curriculum. Most of the professors are P.hd awarded and rest all are Masters degree awarded. The first semesters are always quite tough for students as they have everything for the first time but our teachers managed to complete course on time and we even had revisions before exams. My daily studies and teachers support helped me pass out exams easily and I even got second-ranked in my branch.
Internships Opportunities
Our college provides both off-campus and on-campus internships. As I am a first-year student I only know about the off-campus internships and the one which I attended. It was based on personality development and held after the completion of our first semester exams. The teachers who came for teaching us were excellent at their attitude, nature, knowledge, personality. And their way of dealing with students. It was a 10 days program and how fluently and enjoying it we passed those days were just excellent.
Placement Experience
Along with the college reputation and it's working the student's talent is a part which plays a major role in campus placement. It's the college which makes you eligible over your study years to become fit for facing the interviews. The no. Of placements provide the result that whether the professors and that college were able to make their student capable of it or not. And yes my college is very well working in this aspect. The students are prepared not only for passing exams but also with building up their various skills like leadership qualities, cooperating with others, working in team self-confidence and much more which overall helps to build up a perfect personality and which are majorly required to pass an interview along with your academics.
Fees and Financial Aid
The actual fees of college are 75000 but due to scores of class 12th students get some concession in fees and as I came through jee Mains I luckily got the fee waiver and I have to pay 22000 rupees as the whole year fee. Furthermore, I have seen the campus placements of my college last records and many seniors being placed this year. So if we are good at our academics and overall performance no one would reject you for your skills you will surely be placed at the good in which the teachers play a major role as your first impression on the interviewer also goes through your teachers.
Campus Life
It's a positive environment on my campus. Seniors, professors, director sir and all faculty members are very good at their level with you. There is no ragging in our college and seniors help you to come up in things we desire for. On 28th and 29th Feb 2020, we had our annual program named "Anusandhan" which was full of interesting games events dance music and full of entertainment. Coming to studies our library provides various books for every subject and every student gets sufficient study material as much they want. As for sports, many games are a part of it but students want some games to be included and a period for sports in a week for all year students. Student Activity Centre (SAC) is the group which organizes various activities for students all over months.
