My college

I will give positive remarks for my college as this has a very wonderful environment for studying and enjoying the full college life. And as well as it has a great location which is centre of the city and college Street is known as the area of book lovers. We also have coffee House near our college which is a great place for Hangout.

The course curriculum is set as per Calcutta University guidelines. It covers every era and their characteristics which are must read for any English literature student. It is a 3 year course. We have total 8 papers in 3 years. Every year we have a mid term exam and annual exam.

I don't know about any internship given by the college. But I think they are opportunities to have m Phil degree from the college. As I am English literature student and when I was passed out there was no department for post graduate degree on that subject. But it has now as it is not anymore under Calcutta University but it is become Sanskrit University.

Cultural Events will be celebrated each year, Also Tamizh Mandram, a tamil function will also be celebrated simultaneously every year. Magazine Release function also will be celebrated, Apart from this Quiz and Sports also will be celebrated.

Feasible since it is a Government Medical College, run by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt.of Tamilnadu. First MBBS, the fees is Rs.14810/year Second MBBS, the fees is Rs.6000/year Third and Fourth year it will be Rs.4000/ year. During CRRI period,we get paid stipend.

There there are some scholarship for every year for the students who got first in their departments. But it is mainly for the students from sanskrit department. In Sanskrit week there are also some scholarships for the pandit which was initiated by Vidyasagar himself.

Extracurricular activities like CME, UG Quiz, Drawing Competition and Sports are also going on.Labs are well equipped run by Biochemistry, Pathology and Microbiology Department. The College also supports for ICMR Research works.

There is a there is a alimony association and every year when the student passed out from the college they were added to the gourp. every year in a selected day alumni gathers and celebrates the day. They are very much helpful.

First I need to apply with my 10th and 12th marksheets as per their requirements. Then I found my name in second lost. So I went to the counselling session and got admitted. It serves as first come first serve basis.

Well trained and Experiences faculties.Really nice and clinical oriented teaching, Well exposed to Medicine, Surgery, OBGYN, Paediatrics, Ophthalmology, ENT and other clinical subjects at 2nd year of MBBS itself.
